The aircon, mini refrigerator and the phone on room 201 our first room was not working. We suffered the heat of the room from our first night of stay. They should have check the room before letting the guest stay.

The staff is very good and approachable and the breakfast was great.

Room was small. No place to open your suitcase. No closet. Had to let the water run for at least 10 minutes before it got hot. Construction on a nearby property started at around 7:05 each morning. Walk to the beach was terrible. Road needs to be paved. That is not the hotel's fault, but it has an impact on your stay.

Breakfast wasn't very good, except the fresh juice was awesome. Path to beach is bit muddy and rocky, but our family could handle it, so it wasn't a problem.

Seems like quite new hotel and I don't have much to complain. Big room and nice bathroom with everything I needed. And very nice staff.

I booked a total of 6 or seven rooms as I was with a bunch of family and friends. At check out , they said a face towel was missing from my room!! I told them that when our room was cleaned, they took the dirty face towel which I put in the shower but did not replace it with a new one. I noticed there was only one by the sink(there should be two) so obviously they forgot to replace it. It did not matter to me that we had only one but of course was shocked to get told at check out time that one face towel was missing. Anyway, they let us go with no charge :)

Location is a little challenging to get to due to the unpaved road.

The staff and their customer service was SUPERB! In particular Ara from the front desk was so helpful. I was always greeted with a smile & felt welcomed. Great value for the price.

The ice cold pool isn’t that enjoyable for us, though I’d understand if it was enjoyable for others. The path from beach to the hotel is VERY muddy, hopefully they get it fixed by adding some gravel to avoid slipping also since I nearly slipped multiple times.

Once u exit to the beach it’s really near the talipapa and station 3 port. There’s also a lot of cheaper shops near the area than DMall. Very nice staff. Rules of the hotel are understandable and guest-friendly. Relatively okay breakfast food, don’t expect though.

Breakfast is ok but missing variety. Good for 2 days then you get tired of it. The street that gives access to the hotel is REALLY bad. I thought people were exaggerating but they were not. If it rains you run the risk of walking in mud. It’s ok for the young ones, as it’s an adventure. But I saw some older people and please with luggage’s really struggling. Can blame the hotel for that, but I guess this reflects on the price of the rooms, as they are aware of this issue.

The hotel itself is excellent. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good location. There is a walking path to go to the beach that google maps doesn’t show. You don’t actually need to go all the way around. Just turn left when you exit the hotel and you will be at the beach in 4 min. There is a small gym which is a bonus. Could be improved as half of the equipments were ooo. We used it everyday regardless.

The road is very bad. Full of potholes and water. Very difficult to walk. We decided to take e-bike ride everywhere since they pick up at the hotel to avoid walking in those roads. Surroundings look a bit dodgy but it did not seem to be dangerous, only some locals living there.

Well equipped with pool, gym, restaurant, etc. Clean and very decent. Lifts to all upper floors. Staff is great and very helpful.

The road to the hotel ti and from beach as well as main road is very muddy and very busy. There were no pavements to walk on while plenty of vehicles pass by. I would have given a 10 for excellent if not for the road.

Many people have commented on the road to the beach and I knew that it was going to be bad beforehand. Even with that in mind, it was still extremely bad.

The property wasn't an issue but the only thing that I would like to see is the road way getting to the beach or the main street be improved but this wasn't the only place that had this problem. Overall, this place is very good and well worth it .I do recommend it

Super cold AC even though we set the temperature on 30° C. Mosquitoes and flies going inside our room since our location is beside the pool. The street is not concrete, and expect for the mud when the rain poured.

Sumptuous breakfast buffet and delicious foods. They have free water on the dispenser, just bring your own tumbler. Friendly staffs from the receptionist to the security guard. Clean and comfortable room.

The road going to the hotel and from the hotel to the beach needs a lot of improvement. It is quite difficult to walk on there as it is not made of cement, not levelled and has a lot of puddles of water. My elderly parents opted to stay in the hotel instead of walking to the beachfront because it a risk of slipping and falling.

I appreciate that they tailor fitted our morning breakfasts as 2 people in our family are vegetarians. The size of the room is well enough for a family of 5. The bathroom is supplied with warm water. The place is generally clean. The staff are mostly friendly.

The bathroom has no lock. The taste of food is a hit or miss, most times its really tasty but at times bland. Fried rice is rather hard and cold.

The property is modern, clean and the staff are one of the best.
