the small alleyway between the hotel and beach , it was very rocky and flooded , we have to tippy toes on the sand bags and big rocks on the road to go through the alleyway.

the staffs are warm and kind . checkin was swift, reception people are kind and helpful ,very pleasant . kind enough to escort us to our room . the 3 men in the breakfast room they are excellent , very attentive . thank you Kuya’s . the place is modern and clean, bed is comfortable. they have good selection of Filipino breakfast with fresh fruits however I hope they will consider to put western food in their menu for breakfast .

- Poor Wifi Connection - Breakfast can improve (more food options) - Option to give guests extra key card. Esp we booked as a family and they gave us just one keycard and it's hard for us to go back and fort to the room. - Hope they can offer later time for last call on food orders and massage service. their last call is 9pm - Passage way going to the beach is rough road and muddy. not advisable for elderly guests or PWDs. but overall, highly recommend this hotel bec of their kind staff and great facility!

- the neighbourhood is a bit rural. so don’t expect too much - when we first check in, we were told not to use the lift, which is weird - the breakfast is ok

Wifi does not work, which was a major issue. We were 4 friends sharing a room, and the hotel policy was to issue only 2 key cards. Each time we had to come back to the hotel, the key car had to be re-set, which would make the other key card not work. That was extremely inconvenient.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were really helpful. The location too is pretty great. One of my friends lost her passport and money, and the staff were extremely helpful during that time as well.

The access road to the property is problematic when extremely wet, this could do with improving.

shuttle can’t bring us right at the door step of the hotel. road is rocky and at times flooded. when we were dropped off by the shuttle at the main road, we have to carry our luggage going to the hotel

The only problem with this Hotel is the location. Although it is accessible and offers excellent facillities, it is surrounded by depressed resedential areas.

The Hotel Facility was nice, the Staff were very accommodating and give excellent service. It has gym and pool, which is really nice.

Quiet location, but still very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with all queries. I would definitely recommend this hotel and happily return back there.
