Lots of building work early in the morning across the road woke us up.

Good location away from the main strip but only 5 min walk. Staff were super helpful and we were able to buy drinks from reception for a good price. Helped us organise a boat tour during our stay which was really great and reasonable price. Room was spacious.

My partner said that the room was small even for two people. We don't have enough space to move around and lay out our luggage on the floor. The shower temp control was a little weird, otherwise, nothing major red flag whatsoever.

Love the staff- they're polite, helpful, friendly, and greeted us every time we come down and approach the front desk. Facilities are okay - you'll get all the basics, but it's nothing fancy because it's a budget accommodation. So, please set proper expectation. Neighborhood is quiet, clean with wide sidewalk on the main road. Cool Stay Inn is also sandwiched between two beaches, on one side, the famous White Beach, and on the other, the "Back Beach". So it's only a 5 minute walk from both beaches.

- only small thing was the amount of furniture in our room. There was a table, chairs , a fridge and a wardrobe so there wasn’t much floorspace available! I think the room would be better if there was less furniture and more free space

- Staff were very helpful and friendly and available at all times of the day! Definitely recommend to pay extra and arrange transport from the airport with them. There’s a lot of steps and a lot of different sellers around, incl. a bus, tourist tax, ferry and a trike so it’s worth having the staff do it all for you - good location in Boracay, 5 min walk to the D-mall and 10 mins to White Beach station 2 - room was cosy and AC worked fine

It was unfortunately very noisy, the isolation, and especially the window, is very bad so you can even hear simple conversations on the street, let alone music, rainy weather etc. That being said, no music in the neighborhood past midnight, but if it was windy outside, the window would make very loud noise. Also the towels are really poor quality, they don’t dry anything. First time I came across these kind of towels. I would suggest bringing your own. No electrical sockets near the bed.

The staff is amazing; they helped me with everything I needed (they gave me the hairdryer every time I needed it, they carried my suitcases up and down the stairs, transport to the airport, tips on restaurants, tours etc). Everything is clean. You have a table with chairs which was practical. Shower pressure good, lukewarm water. They give you shampoo and shower gel. Comfortable bed. Also it’s only a 7-8 minute to the White Beach and D-Mall.

It is not located near the beach, requires walking but manageable to experience Boracay even more. The shower is very hot, we can't adjust it, not for petite individuals. But, it's okay because water is just warm.

The room is very spacious for two person. The mini kitchen included is very useful and complete utensils, from rice cooker, kettle etc., of course, the ref, tables & chairs. You can conveniently hang your wet clothes in the balcony, if you don't prefer at 4F rooftop. The accomodation communicates well via booking.com, including updating you night before the check out. I love the ambiance of the room and comfort room. It is beside a Chill Out Hostel where you can have a night out, far from the beach.

We liked the location because it's near three tourist spots, the Bulabog beach, White Beach and the Wetland Park. It is also a more relaxed and chill community, unlike the very busy white beach. Also they allowed us to put our luggage's even before our check in time.

Door onto the balcony did not lock, and at the same time was a struggle to open. The air con unit leaked all over the floor onto the balcony.

unfortunately the room had a very bad smell. it was not the staff’s fault or cleaning issues: it was clearly drainage issues as the smell came from drained, sinks and shower. however the smell was really strong and was hard to stand at times. Also, the curtain is very thin so at 5am it is fully light and sunny in the room. and finally it is quite loud at night!

Power outage on my first evening (not their fault though, it was in the whole neighborhood) The water pressure in the shower is very weak. The sockets are far from the bed and wouldn't hold my devices' cables, I had to find a way to keep pressure on them so they wouldn't fall (it might be time to install newer ones). The A/C is a bit loud. The mattress isn't that comfortable.

Location is fine: 6-8 minute walk to white beach and even closer to the other beach. The staff is nice. The size of the apartment is decent. The facilties are modern and clean.

Had to walk about 10 min to get to d'mall. The room wasn't really soundproof so you can hear what people are saying at the hallway from your room. The bathroom is small as expected. Its just the toilet flush doesnt always flush away completely so you need to use bucket of water to flush it

I liked the location was in middle point of station 1 so you can go to either side of the beaches on the island. The bed was comfy and ac was working well. There were no major issues with the rooms though. Its not the most perfect room but it was worth it for the price
