1. facilities - though it was really clean but it needs uplifting 2. female staff at front desk as well as the one answering reservations in ther social medulia need to undergo customer service. need to be more flexible and problem solver. 3. change to LED bulbs as they are more energy-efficient and provide brighter light compared to traditional incandescent bulbs. Choose a higher lumen rating for more brightness. 4. frogs were all over the grass (i am afraid of frogs) i hope you can do something about this.

TV is small, if you cared about that. Building and facilities definite worn and seen better days. Room isn't temperature proof being so big with non weather-sealed doors, so it can get hot fast. They do NOT have a gym--not sure why I had the impression that they did.

Room is huge, a bit too big with all that space for 1 and even for 2. Staff keeps it clean. It's comfortable and the ceiling fan + A/C works well. Wifi is good with ample desk space. Breakfast included at the restaurant taste good, and the restaurant is so close by. Pool is nice. Nice big balcony with chairs for ocean gazing. Plenty of parking space. Also very close walk to Nalu camp (where I took surf lessons--look for CJ) and other surf "shops" along the beach. Staff is pleasant, particularly in the restaurant.

The breakfast was extensive however it did not have a lot of european options.

The room was spacieus enough for our little one. We did not have a room with a nice view but the grass in front of the room was nice for playing outside. The pool with the view on the ocean was very nice and also the restaurant was very good.

The rooms can use a refresh: Window blinds were falling apart, sliding doors are so hard to open and close, there are molds in the bathroom ceiling.

For a luxury type of resort, the hot water in the shower was hit or miss. Most of the time, it took a while for the hit water in the shower to work

Misleading description on Booking.com. It was stated that Pacifica Suite has a balcony but turned out it was just a veranda. And I was left with no choice because I only booked Pacifica Suite and not the Premiere which apparently has a balcony.

The bathroom can be made cleaner, and more privacy for the bath. But no doubt, we will be coming back again. The hot weather prevented us to try more outdoor activities.

Breakfast vary daily, Spacious room, Beach View, Clean surroundings and pool, Pet Friendly, and Great staff. Definitely, we will be coming back here.
