How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location still needs to walk around 2 blocks from the runway ground floor or to take a cab with a charge of 90-100 pesos.

Network coverage was not great.
The apartment is very clean, beautiful and has all required amenities. The hosts were great as well. Highly recommend! Everything is in close proximity - restaurants, convenience stores, spas.

Everything was good overall, but the place was quite difficult to find, even with the detailed instructions from the host. Our taxi driver dropped us off where he thought it was, and we ended up having to walk quite a long way with all of our heavy luggage. A good tip for future guests: ask the driver to drop you off by the Starbucks opposite the Savoy drivers’ entrance— from there, it’s just a 15-second walk. The only other small issue was that the receptionist, who was super nice, was spraying the lobby with some insect repellent to the point where we had to leave the lobby because it was hard to breathe. But that’s just being picky. I would highly recommend this stay.
This place is perfect for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the shower was good. There was a huge TV, though we didn’t have time to use it. The internet speed was fine. It’s close to the airport, which was really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a taxi for all our luggage. The host was very responsive with clear instructions and accommodated our early arrival at 4am, with someone even waiting for us from 2:30am, which was very kind of them. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

It’s definitely a good place to stay for a night or two. Best value for this money! Just 10 minutes walk from airport through foot-walk bridge. 24/7 groceries in the same building, McDonalds in a couple of minutes of walking. The host is very, very nice, check-in is super smooth, and the studio is extremely clean and very cozy. The bed is exceptional - I’ve slept like a child, it’s something. So if you need to stay a night ore two close to the airport - it’s the best choice.

We stopped here for the night as we had an early flight the morning after. It is closely located to t3 and it was a short walk away. Property was nice and clean, and it did the job for the night! They were also accommodating of our late check in

Super cute and comfortable studio. We were 3 adults and it served its purpose. Nicely well equipped. The AC is almost silent, which is so nice. 10 mins walk from the airport terminal 3. Very practical! The hosts were super helpfull and responsive to messages. Explained everything i needed to know to get there. We arrived very late and Jeff was there to check us in. Mhey was always in contact with me. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to enjoy the apartment because of the early flight out. Recommend!

A lot of traffic noise.
Cute little appartment which is right across terminal 3 of manilla airport so the place is perfect for a layover. Easy check in and check out.

Facing the main road which is the noisiest loudest road ever with the motorcycles and honking. Sound insulation is basically non existent.
Easy to find food and a supermarket is nearby. House is well equipped.

everything good
the apartment is very close from the airport and has everything you need: towels, everything to cook,… The pool is amazing and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is A/C and netflix as well. Bed comfortable
