Dreadful smell on floor 15 for 3days

Check in was quiet slow. The hotel is big and just two person for check in and a relative complicated check in procedure made me waiting for 45 minutes. If check in would be made faster ( i know check in online is provided but this is somehow difficult on a small phone screen ) it would have been the perfect hotel experience.

The hotel is located in Muntinlupa, a part of Metro Manila which have nothing to see but many good restaurants and malls. One of the malls was just 5 mins walk away. Hotel itself offers a really great breakfast, a coffee shop, a restaurant, a hugh lobby and a medium sized pool with a pool bar. Rooms have been spacious, clean and comfortable.

There were minor aspects we didn't like: we were expecting one bed but our room had twin beds. We were too tired to complain and correct. The beds were comfortable and warm. The pillows provided were more than enough (2 per bed). Housekeeping greeted us when we initiate :) once we start a conversation, they are friendly and offered help, if we needed.

Parking was easy, we received a parking ticket at the entrance that just needed validation when we check out. Check-in was a breeze. There were check-in kiosks available and staff who are happy to assist. The room had more than enough drawers and cabinets to place our stuff. Water refilling stations are at every floor for cold and hot water. A pitcher was provided per room. In the bathroom, the hot water is very hot and had very strong pressure. There's a bidet provided. Breakfast was superb, order the french toast (they used coconut milk)--very light and very good. The pool was crowded (expected), it was fun to lie down on the padded benches under the tent and enjoy the warm breeze. Check-out was easy, too.

I stay a lot at Crimson, it is one of my favorites! The breakfast is the best. Rooms are clean, very complete, and modern. Staff is very helpful.

Breakfast was jampacked at 6am. Queues were long and some of the food choices got easily depleted. I think there was a student convention going on at the hotel, hence the influx of guests during breakfast at 6am.

Perhaps the room carpet needs thorough cleaning. The room assigned to me looks like the carpet has not been cleaned well.

The location is good because it is a 3-minute walk to Festival Mall. The room amenities are great, as well as hotel amenities like the gym and the swimming pool. Dining experience is amazing and a nice place to invite family and friends over for a coffee or meal. What makes the place excellent is the customer service. Staff should be recognized for an amazing job they're doing. 👏

The bathroom was a little bit outdated and could do with a little more cleaning but it wasn’t much of an issue.

I think the establishment needs more maintenance. The first room we were assigned had a broken bidet which flooded the bathroom floor. We were transferred to another room promptly by the staff however the tv remote was missing in the 2nd room.

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They assisted us with all our concerns and needs.

Smiling, pleasant and approachable staff. Good location, accessible to the malls and transport terminal stations. We missed the pool area and gym though. Nevertheless it’s a memorable stay. ❤️

I tried to request for a type c charger but there was no spare available. They also forgot to hand back to me right away the identification card i gave during check in. So they returned it personally to our room which is a little hassle because we wanted to rest right away but have to wait for the staff to knock on our room. I also thought they give complimentary drinking water but there was none in the room.

Proximity is the main reason we booked this hotel. Just right in the area of Alabang, it is simply one of the best choice for certain situations. We booked spontaneously 2 hrs before midnight and the place gives a safe and comfortable place to stay the night. There are night shift staff for the xray machine, lobby and check in counter although i saw few machines for self check in/ check out. We tried to do self check in but we are so tired and decided to check in by the counter since there are no cue. The night shift staff that checked us in was nice even though it was very late in the night and gives a welcoming mood. All my questions were addressed and check in was very smooth.

The location is very convenient . It’s near the malls, terminal and expressway too. The room was clean, elegant in design and with wide comfortable beds. The hotel staffs were friendly, helpful and diligent. Thank you to Sophia, Kristine, for making our check in fast and easy.
