Rain shower in bathroom not working. Staff at breakfast are a let down and need some real instruction on how to serve guests

Have visited this hotel on four occassions and it is always comfortable but let standards drop each time.

The breakfast buffet was chaotic. Not enough tables, with staff and guests walking all over. Tables are too close to one another and people swirling all around you as you eat. Custom-order omelets took 20 minutes. I went to check on my omelet order 3x and if I did not keep coming back, my order would go to the back of the line. I ate breakfast only once (on Sunday morning, Oct 15, my first morning at the hotel) around 9:30 AM. It was not a pleasant meal. I never went back for breakfast at the hotel, for the rest of my stay because of this first experience (8 nights). On the positive side, the breakfast selection of food, was huge and varied with all kinds of food available from Asian food to Western food. Management should find more space for breakfast, or use one of the adjacent conference rooms, on the weekends when there are crowds.

Room & hotel facilities were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location close to Alabang Town Center and for travelers going South of Manila. There are filtered water dispensers on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottled water, which I thought was nice.

The staff was very friendly and their helpfulness really impacted our stay. We attended an event in the grand ballroom and the amenities there were amazing too! Also the breakfast was good. :)

Maybe some of staff not so welcoming although we booked there several times. Yet we always request to be transferred to another room coz the reception always gives us a smaller tight room.

We came in 5 minutes before 12noon but we patiently waited for the restaurant to open. Very very sad a 5 star Hotel to have a very poor restaurant service and food. Boutique Buffet Dinner is at 1,500 per person. If we pay 1,500 it should be worth it. We pay 3,000 at a Cafe 1228 at a 4 STAR HOTEL - NEW WORLD HOTEL, and the service and food makes you feel like in a 5 Star Hotel. I would understand 20-30minutes wait for the Ala Carte meals to come in, BUT NOT THE DRINKS. Spoke to the manager, she says they're under staff. Its wrong management of staff! The hotel has a Wedding Event and majority of the staff was allocated there.

The Executive Lounge staff were great and very helpful.

I book the property including breakfast but when we got there I was told that breakfast is not included and I have to pay separately. I was just referred to the booking app.

I thought the room i booked had a bath, which it did not

One slight problem, i ordered eggs benedict and when it arrived, i started eating only to find it had come with smoked salmon instead of ham. This could have been a real problem had i suffered from allergies to fish.

None that I can think of. The only hiccup was difficulty in finding a free car space. Staff manning the car park were very helpful.

Breakfast was more than we expected. Food was tasty and healthy dishes were offered as well. The staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly.
