The balcony was really small and not really meant for use. The beach “closed” at 6 pm, and the lifeguards was a bit strict when we tried to take pictures on the beach a few minutes past 6 pm - since the sun sets at 6 pm the light is so beautiful the next hour from 6-7 pm. Maybe the lifeguards could be a bit less strict?

A beautiful and modern resort with a beautiful beach and infinity pool. At the beach there is a nice coral reef on the left side which is great for snorkelling, you can also borrow kayak and paddle board for free. Always available beach chairs and towels. The food was excellent!! - at all restaurants, from the breakfast buffet, the beach club azure and especially the mosaic restaurant. I still dream of the grouper fish, the sushi, the tender meat and all the excellent compositions of flavours. Mexican taco for breakfast was also a favourite. The staff was professional and attentive all over the resort. The room was really nice, but I wish they had separate shampoo and conditioner instead of a combination variant. Safe, bathrobes, free coffee and water. A nice touch with a free hat and beach bag at every room. Free shuttle bus to d’mall. Good wifi all over the hotel, including the beach.

The beach and the pools are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing, one of the best you can get. We loved the extra efforts from the hotel with the beach bag, the slippers. Staff was great and very helpful.

The food was a bit pricey and seemed bland so it wasn't value for money. Also, they use 1-ply toilet paper.

The hotel is great!! Amenities are amazing and the staff is super friendly, they made our stay even better. Every detail was very special, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The rest of the food can be a little bit expensive but it is still very good. Highly recommend this place!

The boat transfer going back to the airport has no cover so water are splashing to us. Though they made us transfer seat still the person who change seat to us is getting wet.

I like that it is not too crowded in the area. The beach and pool are clean. The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Nothing major, but the resort is a distants from D'mall and other restaurants, had to hire toktok to get there.

First, the airport transfer experience was special, it is a MUST!! WOW! THE SUNSET at the private beach was unforgetable. The private beach is super chill, water was clean and clear. The room had everything i need and enjoy. The breakfast buffet spread is HUGE, I give 5 stars for all 3 restaurant at Crimson. Now the small things like, the welcome pavillon, the beach hat and shopping bag, delicous welcome drink. foam party, the beach equipment, boracay sand castle with today's date. My stay at CRIMSON Boracay was truly wonderful and we will be back.

Kind and caring staff, great location, far from busy central Boracay but just a few minutes with the tricycle, amazing and clear waters beach, pretty and very clean rooms, attention to detail. Ciara was always available on the WhatsApp and always so kind to reply to any question. Eric and everyone at the pool bar was always serving our requests with kindness. Ray at the breakfast always had kind words.

The privacy of the location really made it for me. You get to enjoy the beach and get spoiled by Bee Jay who pampered us and attended to our every need while sunbathing.

A bit overpriced may be, but in comparison with nearby hotels, you get the best for its price.

Very good level of service, wonderful buffet, nice private beach, pool party, dinners outside, spa... Everything was good.... after this hotel we stayed couple night in MOvenpick., hotel nearby.. No comments, the worst service i had in Asia, staff couldn't speak english.. Managers could't organize even small events...
