I like that the bed is very comfortable and clean. The staffs are very friendly and they always give two breakfast coupons so I always have the other one taken out as packed lunch 😊

There is not much I didn't like. Although the model of AC installed in our room was a bit noisy, but it's fine really. The location of the power socket in the room didn't make much sense, so I couldn't charge my phone near my bed, but it's still not a big deal.

The location is perfect, next to ATMs, restaurants, sport room and the city center. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast included had a large selection of local dishes, and I was satisfied with what I ordered.

I booked two rooms but one of the room does not have a fridge. The staff informed us that it is available upon request without additional charge. This is the first time I encountered requesting for a basic appliance that should be availabble upon check-in. The room provided is at the same level of the KTV rooms.Good thing there were no guests in the KTV rooms at night. Probably because it was during the holy week. But this is something that should be considered when booking tbis hotel. Request for a quiet room if you can't stand loud noise coming from people singing in the vidoke rooms. Facade of the hotel needs refurbishing because it really looks old.

Good value for money. Good food, clean and comfortable bed. Accommodating staff because they were able to respond quickly on our requests.

The time it took to check out. The front desk staff was trying to manage a phone call during my check out, and checking out took much longer as a result. A driver was already waiting for me. Breakfast was nice enough, but a choice of fruit would have been nice since local fruit is readily available, especially in Bataan.

Aside from the great staff that greeted me upon arrival (Ella), at the front desk. Outside the hotel across the street you have multiple places to choose from to go to. The Beanery, Chow King, Fortune Chinese restaurant, and Starbucks. Need to exchange $, there is a BDO bank close to the hotel just outside to the left. Need a massage, workout or manicure? There are places to go to as well right across the street.
