The beginning of the staircase up our room is wet because of the water drops from the aircon. Water dropped on my head when I walked up. Not a serious problem though. Maybe they can add a pipe to collect that water to water the plants. I wish to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang my wet underwear and wet socks. They have 1 set with 3 hooks now but if I hang my wet stuff, I have no where to hang my towel when I take a a shower.

Got room 11 on the 2nd floor and it is so large. We like the room very much, old but comfortable and clean. Room has a dinner table with 2 chairs and a kettle so we can make our own tea and coffee. Tape water is portable but the smell is a bit strong. The dish sink on the long and large counter is so convenient to wash our fruits. Fast wifi. Got 2 pieces of cloth to wipe our feet so we placed 1 in front of the bathroom and 1 near the bed. The young lady at Reception is so nice to give me some information about places to visit nearby and the cost to go by tricycle and jeepney. The other 2 ladies we met at Reception are also very nice. The bucket in the bathroom is so convenient to wash my cloth tote bag. We enjoyed our stay and thanks for the welcome and thank you messages via booking.com. My husband likes the pillow cases so much that he’s still looking for that type to buy and bring home.

The location is very good. Quiet, but still only a 5-minute walk to the center of life. Staff very friendly.

The kitchen was only offering the possibility to boil some water. There was no possible to cook there.

The apartments are situated just a few minutes from a Robinsons Shopping Mall. The stuff is friendly and there is a nice atmoshere at the reception. The apartment is clean, spacious and in good condition.

There was no breakfast, so we had to leave the property to start the day, and No small refrigerator for drinks and snacks. The sounds of people living on the back side of the property, and the nightly barking and howling of many dogs around the compound. Having been part of the Pilipino life for over 39 years, I have somewhat grown accustomed to the roosters that are everywhere and never cease crowing.

There was no breakfast. The place was a great value, compared to other places nearby. It was very close to our family living nearby. I really liked the security, so I could settle for less amenities. The staff was excellent, always on top of cleaning the room and fixing things that would need looking after.

Thought the room has a bit of odd smell which seems coming from the toilet but it went away later in the day.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I was also been able to check in early than scheduled since I came at 9:30 am. Also, the room is just on the ground floor.

Room very spacious, clean, quite and cool, at least the ground floor room: during night time I switched off the aircon. Internal parking. Owners and staff are very friendly. Robinson is walking distance and nearby there is a small cozy japanese resto.
