We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaIn the photographs the room seems spacious, but in reality there is nowhere to put two suitcases. I had to take out everything I needed and place the suitcases vertically against the wall opposite the bed. If you use the extra bed, which can be pulled out from below, there will be no room for suitcases at all. The wall cabinet on the right side of the kitchen is poorly located. When you walk up to the device that you plug into the outlet, you are sure to hit your head on the corner of the cabinet! Information about where to throw garbage was received on the third day in a memo about the rules of eviction. To use the pool, you must purchase a ticket each time from reception. It’s not clear what to do with cleaning the room! During the three days of our stay, no one came to clean the room, and there was nothing for self-cleaning.
Convenient location and good view of the city from the window. Great pool. The reception staff are attentive and friendly. It's good that there is a microwave in the room.

IndiaOwner is very strict for check in and check out time. Staff will arrive only after 14.00 hours or else you pay extra per hour. Same for check out must be before 10 or else pay extra. No drinking water.
The location is good. Have kitchen and bed and toilet and rice cooker and kettle for hot water. If you can bring your own sheet, sleepers, towels, your own toileteries and drinking water, the stay will be comfortable.

IndiaRoom cleaning is poor. Towels can not wipe. (Probably the cheapest available in the market). Better bring your own towels, soap, shampoo, water, bedsheet, duvet and toiletries. Netflix and internet did not connect despite making several requests.
Owner is very strict about the check-in time at 14:00 Hours onwards and check-out must be before 10:00 AM otherwise you loose your deposit. No drinking water in the room. Towels and other furnishing is very poor. Good for Filipinos / locals only. Netflix and wifi is advertised as available But is not available.

Poland-The building feels very unsafe. Has lots of cracks. There is an official note on near the entrance door, that the building requires immediate repairs. -There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom during a rain. Even though there were 10 more floors above us -It takes much time to wait for the elevators -The security staff is a bit troublesome -The WiFi had a very weak internet connection

NetherlandsThis place is a HEALTH HAZARD. Full of COCKROACHES, BEDBUGS and ANTS. We even found them in the bed. The host is extremely unprofessional and rude and didn't care to resolve the situation. The only reply we got was "duly noted". The condo is falling apart, the fridge didn't work, the bathroom walls have big cracks, the bed linen and sofa have DIRTY STAINS from previous guests. Washing racks are falling from the wall. There is hairs on the floor from previous guests. There is no real curtain which doesn't allow you to sleep beyond sunrise. The bed is small. Not a real two persons bed.
The location is central. The pool is area nice.
