You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe rooms are all on the second and third floor. So lots of stairs to go up and down. The second floor room had a musty smell to it as it might not be used as often.
Rented 3 rooms and accommodated all of us well. The veranda is very nice good space for everyone to sit. Security is very high at this location. Had a good laundry service on site. Eat at Jybon very good food !!!

PhilippinesThe aircondition didnt cool the room so we ask if we could just transfer to another room, they said that the other room was not clean so we just request to add fan. There is no bidet nor pail and dipper.
The room is clean, They gave us also drinking water and there is also a mini fridge. There is a lot of coffee and creamer but there is no sugar.

CanadaYou are locked in like a jail. They gave me a bunch of keys and explained nothing. Actually they showed me the room and that was it. Trying to leave requires you to know there is a button to let you out of the hotel. Since there is no front desk you need to call them by an intercom. They almost never answer the intercom, it became very difficult to get their attention. The room was good enough but the customer service was bad
The room was a nice size and it was clean. Near the main road. Aircon worked ok, the shower was ok. The room was over all comfortable, if you get a double room, the single room isn't good

Location was perfect. The rooms were clean. Our host was amazing. She made it feel like home. We could tell she has attention to detail and really cares about giving the guests a comfortable stay!
