There was a funny smell in the room when we first checked in but this went away.

We had a lovely stay here, the family that owns the hotel were really helpful and friendly. We booked a tour through the hotel and did our laundry at a good price. Free water in the reception area too. The room was comfy with good AC. Location perfect for exploring El Nido!

Staff was kind and helpful anything we needed they would sort for us. Location was excellent closer to the locals and therefore away from all the noise and hustle. But still very close to the main roads.

The room is small, there is no place to put things , there was only a small table. The air conditioner worked loudly . Rooms are not cleaned, towels are changed only when we ask.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the port where the tours started and where most of the restaurants and shops were concentrated. The host lady was very nice and helped us arranging the tours and transport we needed. The room was decent for the price we paid and worked just fine for our little stay in El Nido. Would definitely recommend

There was no one in front for the check in and at the check out. Very poor facilities, tiny room, no soap/shampoo and the wifi in the room was bad

Bed could have been more comfortable unfortunately but the price we paid i can’t complain. The washroom is the shower so everything gets wet

This is budget accommodation and is totally fine for the price. There is working air conditioning and ceiling fan, hot water for showers. Owner was helpful and booked our tour c and a trike to the airport for us. Proximity to the beach and main tourist street was ideal - a short 5 minute walk. Good place for a short stay.

The maintenance in the room can be better, loose and rusty items and tiles being put back in a very bad way after being broken.

Great support from the owner in especially the car parking. But also In booking the tour with a discount and lending out the snorkeling gear.

Location is great, only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants Unfortunately I was sick during my stay, but the owners took such great care of me, making me tea and brought me some of their Christmas dinner! I felt so welcomed and taken care of. Also got invited to join their Christmas celebrations, which was so thoughtful and nice! A big big thank you!

From other's comments I expected more of a friendly welcome or goodbye than what I got or observed. The owners are friendly people, don't get me wrong, but there was a clear business as usual type of atmosphere throughout. The rooms are all rather small and 'functional', meaning hardly any space and it was difficult to even reach the only socket in the room I had to charge the phone

Room and bathroom were clean, there was free water throughout and the ambience was ok. The best thing about the place, however, is the location, few minutes walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops etc and the beach, even to the Port in case you arrive/depart by Ferry.

The owners are gentle. The place is basic but you have all you need. To have hot and cold water from a dispenser is very good. The place is in a central zone, close to the beach where all the tours departs. Only 1,1 km from the bus station, and very close to the airport. You can move around using tuk-tuks
