- shower in the 12 people dorm not good at all (but there's other showers available in the other floors) - communication with them before getting to Coron was kinda slow... But once they responded were always helpful

- Very helpful and nice staff. They always do their best to serve you and find solutions for a problem you might have. - I missed my flight so I checked in a day later and they didn't charge me for the first night :) - location is nice, not far from the main services in town - the 12 people dorm is good, especially because it was not full, so we were just a few and had lots of room for our stuff - AC in the dorm was good - the rooftop bar is chill and cute, to hang out

When we arrived the light was off for like 5 hours, we toke a shower and the water also off.. after that The a/c was flat and not enough for the room

The room was too small, water pressure was almost non-existent. Nothing was cozy, or convenient to be there. I just spent a few hours sleeping, since I didn't want to be there at all.

Breakfast food was nice, and rooftop terrace to hang out.

My main issue with this hostel is that it uses false advertising to get people to stay (see photograph attached). When my friend and I were shown to our private room, I was shocked by how different it was from the photograph that had been used on Booking.com. The room that we were given quite frankly resembled a prison cell. In fact, I'm sure some prisons are better. When we spoke to the receptionist about the photographed room she admitted that it was no longer at the hostel and that the photo that had been used to advertise this was not what we had been given, but there was nothing she could do. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable, and sleeping on the top bunk was very unsafe without a proper safety railing. The shared bathroom was unclean, and we had to ask maintenance on two occasions to fix the showers and unblock the toilets. How this hostel can get away with this false advertisement is alarming, and I am very relieved that I only stayed there one night. As I have used Booking.com on many occasions, I would expect a response to this feedback.

Have to pay to rent blankets as bedding. Have to pay to rent towels (even in the private rooms) They have a kitchen advertised online, but this no longer exists. Bathrooms don’t appear to be cleaned daily. Private rooms are very basic with no furniture, mirrors, ect

Shower had no water pressure and the water heater was not working. Shower was mouldy and had a bad odour. Toilets clogged. The private room was facing the street so was loud and the aircon kept turning off. There was also only 1 power point under the bed in the private room which is designed for 2 people which was very annoying.

Bathrooms were not clean and had a bad odour, toilets were clogged, hot water machine in the shower didn’t work, extremely low water pressure in the shower - it just trickled out, no hooks to hang anything in the rooms, the private room only has 1 powerpoint at floor level behind the bed which was very difficult to get to for 2 guests.

Staff was lovely and very accommodating.

The wifi is good. The breakfast is delicious and I like the fact that you can chill in the rooftop after a long day of fun.

They charge you for towels, first time when this happened to me in a hostel. The bathrooms are smelly and have no hand soap. The bathrooms are not clean and the concrete style makes the place look like a prison. A bit picky on this one but those stairs steps are so steep, seems poorly executed.

The rooftop bar is nice place to chill.

This is a place where you can pay by card, but when I ask the stuff to pay by card the told me “only cash” and didn’t explain why. In 30 min I saw how another client paid by card.

Everything was great!

Only 5 min tricycle ride from the port, very central, chic industrial style hostel. Staff was super friendly and flexible. I had some issues with the tour dates and they were very accommodating. I arrived on 4am ferry and the night reception staff let me in and I could use terrace & nod off on the sofa there. They can arrange bike rental for you with the drop off and pick up of the bike there. It’s very efficient, you can get bike in 5-10minutes. Upstairs terrace which serves as a bar/common area is very nice. Spacious bathrooms, separate male & female with a number of toilets and showers in both.
