The AC wasn't that powerful. I think they will need to invest in a new AC machine but it did the job.

The host was very kind and accommodating and helped us organize a tour. There is also a nice quaint cafe on site that serves really good coffee and breakfast. The location was perfect also.

No tea and coffee facilities. Would've appreciated a jug. Also, no soap for bathroom? I get not supplying shampoo and body wash but soap for the sink seems like a must so was disappointing

Good location, near beach but a couple of minutes away from restaurants and bars so was quiet. Staff helped arrange transport to and from airport

Some staff was not kind.

One staff was very kind and I could book a tour by chat before check in date, so i could go to tour in morning after leave my bag. Location was convenient. there are many restaurants close to the hotel. The room was 3rd floor, so i could see beach from the chair in front of door. There was free cold and hot water maker out side the room. It worked well. There was a mountain side private terrace. I could smoke and dry my cloth.

Air conditioning went out a few times - once in the early morning which was quite uncomfortable. A refill of toilet paper would’ve been nice when we got the room cleaned too.

Just slightly away from the main town so everything was in walking distance but it was quiet enough to sleep well at night. Felt safe, I often saw the owner or worker sweeping the main grounds and doorsteps to ensure it’s clear. everything was set up nicely in advance.

The internet connection in the second floor was so intermittent. Complimentary bath soaps and toothbrushes would be much appreciated.

The property is located within the town proper. The staff were helpful.

The room was smelly. It should be left open if there is no guest staying to let the fresh air in. The room was smaller than the expected.

It was right in the EL Nido town where you can see all the bars and restaurants. The staffs were very friendly.

At one window above the bed curtains were missing

The accomodation was very clean and was perfectly located. Within a few minutes walking distance you were able to reach El Nido Beach and two beautiful cafes. It was very close to town but still in a quite neighbourhood.

Great location, quite area with walking distance to Main Street and the beach where the tours starts. Friendly staff.

Room could use a bar fridge and kettle, which is usually pretty standard with most hotel - although they did provide hot and cold water outside.

The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants, but not too busy or noisy. 1 minute walk to the beach area and the staff were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We wish there is a curtain in the shower so water won’t splash into the toilet area.

Location is great. It is walking distance to restaurants, ferry terminal for the tours and the beach. Wifi is good. Staff are nice and friendly.

It was noisy and AC was loud.

There was a window in the room that we couldn't cover and sometimes an outside light would shine straight into the room during the night. From pictures it seems other rooms had blinds/curtains across normal windows but the room we had didn't have these.

The location is great as it was just a few metres away from the diving centre. It's on the same road as a lot of cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the beach for going on boat trips and excursions. The room was just as the pictures, clean and comfortable. Staff were superb and helped us get our travel booked for the journey down to Port Barton. They also provided drinking water in the refill station which meant we didn't have to buy lots of plastic bottles everyday as the tap water in El Nido is contaminated and not recommended to drink from. The staff separates out the rubbish to recycle what they can. WiFi was good and reliable most of the time although at peak times in the evening it could be a bit slow - overall good value for money

I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. Had to ask for toilet paper. Towels got pretty ripe 🥹.

The location is great. Near everything and yet quiet at night. The staff were nice and helpful. Motorbike rentals.

It was good for the money. If something from the curtains didn't fall off and I had to look for it under the bed where I found a surprise, I would have given it a 9.

The deluxe double was definitely better than the standard, better value, quieter. Still no WiFi in the room but was OK for the 1 night we used it. The motorbike we rented from Devayn for 3 days was a good bike.

The triple room was a good size, comfy beds but noisy Aircon & the WiFi didn't work in the room. Hot & Cold water available but bring own mugs. Room was quiet if aircon off.
