The only thing I could say and this is purely if I had to find something is that the kitchen equipment (pots and pans) could do with an update and maybe 1 more bigger frying pan so you can make more than 1 egg at a time. But that's only if you're cooking. Plus I think price wise it's a touch on the pricier side but it is lovely all the same with a great pool and very meticulous room cleaning services :)

Nick is a great host, proper friendly guy and easy to get along with which is good as he's usually knocking about etc making sure everything is okay 👍🏻. The property itself is strategically located not too close to the main town so very quiet and peaceful at night, the sounds of the frogs and birds is really relaxing. The most convenient thing about Domu Mia is the fantastic system for drinking water. There's a tap that is attached to an osmosis purification system and the water comes from a ground well so it's fresh and to top it off there is a massive 5L Brita filter tank to purify and keep it cold in the fridge even further. Very nice touch! Excellent room cleaning services aswell and big pool and porch to chill on.

We really enjoyed our time at Domu Mia. Such a beautiful location with 3 appartments. You have to share the pool but was no problem for us. The appartment was well equipped and we felt at home. It is a bit outside from busy General Luna but with a scooter you are good to go in every direction and it's nice to have a bit silence in the morning and at night sometimes. We would book again anytime. The owner was so nice and attentive as well!!

Beware this is slightly out of General Luna but I liked a little distance but will require transport to and from.

The villa feels like a little oasis, everything was perfect. Close to the sea and town only a few mins away with the motorbike. We had an amazing time and the best sleep! The room was very clean and spacious, fully equipped, the pool was also great and cleaned every day. We felt like at home everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially the host, Nico who gave us great recommendations and helped us to book the motorbike and airport shuttle. We will definitely stay again when we come back! Thank you!

What a beautiful villa! Everything was perfect. I'm going to book again next time in Siargao! The host, Nico, is an absolute gem. He made sure everything was perfect, arranged the motorbike rental and taxi to airport. The location is great. Just outside the main area so when you get home all your hear is nature at night and only see bright stars. But if you want to go out, its less than 5 mins by motorbike or hired tricycle. Do not hesitate to book!

The villa is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. It’s not very far from GL but enough to make us relaxed and free from any noise. I love the villa with its vibe, the place was also clean, the pool too and I love how the owner had a filtering process of water that is from the underground. I appreciate that it is well built and well thought. And not only with its functional facilities but it gave us a sweet escape from reality.

Everything! We were the only guests. So we have the pool to ourselves. The bed, AC, Wi-fi were perfect. The room is spacious and cozy. Nick is a very friendly host. The cleaning lady aswell. She cleans the terrace every morning. Domu Mia is secluded from the town, so You feel close to nature :)

I was here for 4 weeks, perfect spot to be close to everything but still in a peaceful location. Nic was a great host, very inviting and made the stay super comfortable. Location is a little far from General Luna town center so you will need to catch tricycle or have scooter to get into town.

Very comfortable bed. Good facilities and excellent staff who were always very accommodating to any requests. The owner Nicolas, would always reply to any emails and would immediately respond to any queries regarding the property. He would also be available to answer any questions regarding your stay or for questions on activities around the island. The housekeeping/cleaning lady was also very nice and did a great job of cleaning the room and always available for any requests for extra towels etc.

Nothing! Only that we had to leave & go on to our next destination as we could of happily stayed there for another week or two!

The property & everything inside the villa is totally brand new & of the highest quality, no expense has been spared! The bed was to die for, super mattress, all brand new linen (including a proper duvet, which is rare in Asia) & great pillows! The bed is surrounded by a mosquito net for protection & privacy! Brand new towels! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, the toaster & rice cooker had never been used before & even had the plastic seal still on! Huge fridge, easy to use electric hob cooker, plenty of cutlery, dishes, crockery & all brand new! The layout of the villa is stunning! Nico the owner is such a lovely guy & couldn’t do enough for us including booking tricycles, sorting a scooter, taking me to get some petrol for the scooter as it came low, lending me a waterproof rain jacket during our stay, he also recommended some great beaches, places to visit & restaurants to eat at! Nico very kindly allowed us a late check out which helped a lot! Good location only 5 minutes on a scooter from the town, very quiet not even a rooster to wake us up in the morning! Wi-Fi is super strong! AC was brand new & there was also a fan on the ceiling, so we were never too hot! Pool is great, it was so nice to open the doors to the villa & have a pool only a few feet away! The outside furniture was again all brand new & to the highest quality with luxury/comfy sofa, seats & a dining table to eat outside! Domu Mia is one of our favourite properties in the 4 months we’ve been travelling through Asia! It’s an absolute hidden gem as from the road you can’t see anything, except a little lane down to the villa, but once you open the door to the property, it’s an amazing place!

Internet signal is weak but not a big deal. It's something that we expected since the place is remote. The host did her best to come up with solutions for us to have a reasonable speed to at least use low data stuff online such as sending messages, deliveries, at times, we can also stream.

The location is great! There's a beach nearby and stores as well. The host is very knowledgeable, accommodating, nice, and friendly. She made sure to take care of all our needs such as itinerary suggestions, transpo, etc. The frontyard garden is pretty. The room is also spacious, they have heated shower, the place is quiet, peaceful, and safe.
