The room was pretty bad.. No table, the Wi-Fi didn't work in the entire hotel, tv didn't work, shower delivered drop by drop, at a rate of about two cups of warm water per minute. Only one(!) electrical outlet. (Still we had no regrets, because of the unforgettable harbor views right from the balcony, it was worth it.)

Fantastic location, right on the beach with hear stopping sea views, and only a five minute tuk-tuk ride from vibrant El Nido.. The hotel keeper lady was a real sweetheart, helped us arrange tours, transportation, everything. We enjoyed our stay.

- Water has strong rusty/metalic smell, but seemed to be safe to use. - The place could be so much more pleasant if more care was put into deep cleaning and maintainance. - WiFi wasn't available at all during entire stay. - On some nights you might get to know karaoke neighbours, earplugs are a good thing to bring along.

The location is dreamy - right on the beach. It is a guesthouse, not a hotel, and you should be aware you can't expect a proper 2* standard. It's a basic accommodation. Small breakfast is served daily to the table just outside each room. Staff/owners are really nice and they do care, so it's just a matter of them actually working on some issues this object is facing for a long time.

I think it is overpriced. The water filtration system needs to improve as the water from the faucet is yellow and would smell iron. Their transport service and tours are overpriced as well. Just book transpo and tours somewhere else.

The staff (Migs) has been very helpful and flexible to our needs. The place is just by the beach. Although you couldn't swim as the El Nido beach is not good for swimming.

Big trucks were parked just outside the rooms in the night. Sometimes they had the engine on late, or early in the morning. Beach is beautiful during sunset, but you cannot swim there, too shallow and too many boats.

Good sized room, just by the beach, and close to both the center and lovely Marimegmeg beach. Staff was very helpful, we could rent a cheap and really great scooter through them for example. No restaurant at the hotel, but many lovely places further down the beach. View fram the mutual baclcony was spectacular in the evenings, it's located below an enourmous cliff, which gives marvelous views of the bay. We recommend you to rent a kayak one day and paddel around the corner towards 7 commandos beach. There are several beautiful beaches on the way there, and well worth the effort! (buy your snacks/coconuts from the lovely couple on the beach just before 7 commandos beach though, it's cheaper).

Colour scheme of bedsheets, curtains needs to change plain colour and this will benefit the interior design of the room, the room is spacious and modern . TV also needs to be functioning.

Though it has 2 queen beds, the space felt too cramped for 4 people, They served us the exact same breakfast and had to call for them to change it. Weak to No wifi. The room is a bit dirty it had some dust and webs in corners when mom cleaned the room. Shower heater didnt work 2nd to 3rd night.

Staff are kind and accomodating. They complied with all our requests such as to provide hot water, broom and hanging bar extra plates for no additional fee. They also asked us if we already have tours and PPS-ELNido-PPS transfers, and arranged them for us when I said we don't, and gave us discount too. The place is also beachfront.

the water is yellowish,and sometimes smelly..you cant even use it to wash your face,or for taking a bath.you need to wait for an hour,para luminaw ng konti ung tubig..for me un lang tlga problema sa knila..

like the location ,you can see the beautiful view(sea and mountain).it is clean and very accomodating staff,sobrang bait ni lester at maasahan lagi.affordable price.

Water supply was poor, sometimes no water coming and sometimes water was colored. Room door was really flimsy and there was no safety box in the room. Sound insulation to other rooms was really weak. Wifi was completely useless.

Service was very disappointing. I cannot believe it is included in Booking.com's list of properties. We were given other rooms(of lower rate) initially because they told us the rooms were already taken, until I complained. The staff (Mr. Bob) lied about room availability until he saw I was angry. No staff to receive us when we arrived so we had to wait. When we were checking out there was no one to leave the keys with. We just placed the keys on the table/counter. Water tasted and smelled awful. Worst accommodation ever. It should NOT be in your list of properties!

Very accessible from then tourist spot, near by the market, lot of travel agency which you can select that suit to your budget. Landlord are very helpful and kind. I really appreciate their kindness especially when I got a wrong book of rooms and they let me move to the next
