This hotel was situated in a cute little area a mom and Pop hotel by a private family not a big corporation. You will get that personal family feeling I love the courtyard and the breakfast area. It was very cute.

Bathroom wasnt great

We only stayed here one night and got there in the evening, rooms were nice but small! only 1 place to eat near it but was good, staff were lovely and beds were very comfy!

The washroom needs some renovation, and there's an unpleasant smell inside the room somewhere in the kitchen or washroom. I'm not so sure.

I like that it has a balcony where we can chill outside. Also, the privacy of the area of our room.

- dingy room light - room was small and a bit stuffy - inflexible cancellation policy. We wanted to change the booking to 2 days later but they refused. In the end it was ok as our travel arrangements worked out

- location close to butterfly centre - hotel transfer service for 400 php - very friendly owner who gave us tea bags as we couldn't find them.on sale anywhere

There was no receptionist the whole time. Only the guards were accommodating us and getting our orders. Breakfast starts at 8 AM even though the tours would start at 7 AM. We were not able to have our free bfast twice. The CR is also small. Your legs will touch the wall when you’re sitting on the toilet. The shower smells like sewage.

You can ride a jeep just outside the place to go to the baywalk or market

The room would do with better cleaning. It is basic, and this is understandable, but cleaning is still important. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming at all (with the exception of one security guard).

This place is ok for a short stay, which is what I need on transfer across towns. The room is basic but has everything. Breakfast is included in the price, although the first day I ended up without breakfast after waiting a good 40 minutes as I had to leave for a tour.

It is quite far from the airport. But it's not a problem, I would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't much in terms of dislike; the butterfly garden is in walking distance and the main road is a street away. Nothing to dislike, in fact I'd recommend staying here as it's a reachable and good to depart from all the same.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating - in fact, they were rather helpful. My girlfriend fell sick during her stay and they helped us order food, provided cutlery when we had none and so forth. The guard included was very helpful. They kept our bags when we came too early.

It’s the location. From the city center it will take about 45 mins to reach the hotel. Too many motorcycles and the traffic enforcers contribute to the never ending delay.

The water heater work so fine. The security guy who worked on February 6 ( 9:30 am )is polite and friendly. I love the waterfalls and the golden fishes in the pond.

-ants passing through our room, we can’t leave any food open on the table - the owner helped us to organize transportation in El Nido to Nacpan beach and back but at the end it cause more hassle and stress then benefits for us and we overpaid it ☹️ - lack of space in the room

It was far from the dock, the airport, beaches, so you need to rent a motorbike or travel by tricycle. Rooms are small. Toilet together with a shower making it wet.

Only stayed one night before heading to El Nido. We booked the van at the reception.We liked the location, in a more local neighborhood away from the airport and center. Very aesthetic place. The hot shower was just what we needed!

Experience 2, second reservation. Same situation. Too many cons. The room was super small and during the night I found a big cockroach on the desk, it was disgusting. And the worst thing is that I informed the staff and just the guard in the entrance during the night helped me. The people in the reception absolutely didn't care of the situation, they asked me to pay more if I wanted to change room, they even didn't say "I'm sorry for the situation", nothing. No words... It was the first time after 15 years of trips that I found a situation like this. A part of the staff is nice, another part of the staff is in the wrong place and doing the wrong job. A suggestion: if you want to work in this business change approach and increase (a lot) the cleaning of your rooms.
