Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

FinlandThe beach is not the best, we tried snorkelling and it was too shallow, have to walk a lot. The Location is far from everybody, almost 1h scooter to El nido. If you stay here it's a must to get a scooter if you want to roam around and go to El nido. Fish was not available during our stay I would like to have fish on our breakfast. Internet isn't that great, had a problem couple of times. Shower water pressure was not great.
The place is very peaceful, away from city noises. The view from our room is great 👍 Staff are very friendly and easy to ask if we needed something. The room was spacious, would be better if they will put kettle and some kitchenette. We saw fireflies We like the scooter we rented from Eastwind.

PhilippinesThe place is a bit remote from the El Nido town, but it's a small piece of paradise. It looks amazing there, the rooms are very spacious and clean, and a really good breakfast is included in the price. As a bonus the resort is trying to be eco and running on solar energy,

United KingdomLocation is too remote - we knew it was far away from El Nido (we went specifically to kite surf) but it’s far from the only kite school remaining after Covid (in Sibaltan) & anywhere else. Due to remoteness, only option is to eat at the resort. Food is extremely basic & poor quality, tiny portion sizes & the most expensive we’ve had in the Philippines. By far the worst food we’ve had in the Philippines. Very few rooms so limited number of people that can be there even if it was full, making it feel very cut off.
The people are amazing. Super helpful & friendly. The rooms are basic but large & have hot water. Set on a lovely beach with lots of space at the property.

VietnamThe distance of the beach club from the airport made this a long trip each way (6.5hours in a single trip, however we had the vehicle to ourselves and stopped for a break along the way), even still it is a long way to travel after a flight. WiFi connection was not too bad, especially in the main dining area, however the small bungalow rooms were powered by solar panels (which is admirable), but wee not sufficient to charge high-power items (such as my tablet), and charging at night was very unstable. There are several dogs and cats on the property (Windy among them) who were very friendly, my kids love animals and were playing with them a lot but it was clear the animals had small infections etc and sadly two of my kids caught ringworm from them. The property was not sufficiently stocked for drinks and food and therefore there were many times where items on the menu were not available (as you are nearly 1 hour away from the closest city we found ourselves eating at the property for most meals, in hindsight a hire car may have been a good option) - food I can understand as the property is remote and buying fresh food which is wasted is not sustainable, but buying drinks for the fridge or to stock in storage is a good way to continue getting people to buy these. Luckily drinkable iced serving water was always on offer.
Breakfast was great, however the kitchen was small and took a little time serving the dishes for our group of 5. The good aspect however was that everything was cooked freshly. The pool at the resort was great, however on public holidays and certain days the pool was shared with guests not staying at the resort. Staff were extremely friendly and Gina was particularly very helpful on-site and also via WhatsApp and through Booking.Com communication. The area was quite remote and chilled so a great way to relax away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. The hotel/beach club had 2 vehicles on standby with drivers that could take you to local dive canters, snorkeling excursions, or into El Nido for the tours their (about a 45min - 1hour trip). The hotel/beach club arranged other private transport to take my family and I in a small private bus from Puerto Princesca to Eastwind Beach Club - took approximately 6.5 hours along long windy roads, and cost 7,500 PHP, however if your looking for remote tranquility it is worth the trip.

PhilippinesIt just the distance that we have to take to reach the place. Since we came from Puerto Princesa. I hope CEBU PACIFIC can fly direct to El Nido. And heard that soon a port Will be operating. So ride going to the place Will be a lot more easier and convinient via RORO soon!
I like the facility and the Beach. If your a looking to escape the Buzz of the city, unwind and relax this is the right place. You can buy your own food and asked themto cook it for you the way you want to.And they Will bring out best taste for the Menu that you request for a reasonable price. The room is clean and very spacious. Kuya Mike Service was great, always smiling. The all around guy in the place. He can be a waiter, a tour guide ,a cook, a Bush Boy , life Guard and hardinero rolled into one. Gina, the ever relaible receptionist, barista, chef and travel coordinator roller into one. Always smiling and caring for the welfare of their guests. Rose although shy but always Ready to Help Gina in the kitchen. Mam Eden and her husband were always there making sure that we are having a Good time and enjoying Our stay in the resort. They Will always ask How s Our Day and How was the tour that we had. They are really a Good host. They can arrangement for your itenerary for your activity es and even for your transport at a very reasonable price. The tour in LINAPACAN ISLAND is a must. We enjoyed the snorkling and the beach.. The resort itself is very self sustainable. Run by solar power. We did not expierince any power shortages . Just do not forget to bring insect repellant lotion to enjoy the night out door activity. Aircon condition was Good You can have Good glimpse of the Milky way and a Good place for STAR gazing. Given the chance, another option to a great vacation.
