Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PhilippinesI paid extra for Breakfast. In reviewed said Good breakfast. But my experience as was other guests disapointing who we had next to us. The choices given were minimal barely a breakfast and very small. Could only choose 1 out of, Bacon, Hungarian, Sausage, Or corned Beef. Then Choice of Hash brown, toast or French toast. Scrambled egg or fried. Portions very small. We tried for a Evening dinner at 6.15pm. Again the food not too much choice. I asked for a beer or wine. I could not have any as no barman. Yes they had on display.
I paid extra for suite. It was good size and very comfortable Also the TV had Netflix. Decoration and finish was very good. To a standard of 5 star hotel.

PhilippinesAgain, you offer internet availability but it's the slowest you can barely play a few seconds of a youtube video. Also, I asked for slippers since there was none when I checked the closet but the receptionist said they're out of stock of slippers. Lastly, I slept in my friends' room (room for 2) on my second day since I only booked a room for a day, we went down to get breakfast the next day and asked for another plate of food for myself and heard personnels talking about us instead of talking to us about the extra charge. Unprofessional
We liked the TV but it was USELESS coz the internet was ridiculously slow. The aircon and beddings were great.
