Breakfast could really be better variety and taste wise. Pool could be colder. There are too few sun beds near the pool. And the strange thing was that they had cocktails menu but they did not provide cocktails which for me was disappointing.

The location is definitely the best in El Nido. Pool was nice but could use a bit cooling as the water was literally as hot as in the bath. Staff was friendly and very helpful - helped us arrange rollers to discover island and tricycle at 5am in the morning to go to the airport. Room was specious but bit dated. Nice views from the balcony.

Cleanliness could be improved on, the floor of our room was sticky and sandy even after being cleaned. Could do with more pool loungers / seating. Breakfast could do with more variety each day. Reception need to have more smaller notes available for change. They can't take card payment but never had enough change for $1000P even though that's what you get from cash machines.

Location was great, facilities were nice and room was nice and spacious, although a bit tired and could do with a refresh - definitely the best hotel in this area of El Nido.

Our room balcony was at ground level facing a Korean restaurant. We felt a bit not safe because the balcony was open to back area and easily accessible.

Breakfast was the only big disappointment. Limited selection of cheap food. I'd recommend walking 20m down the road to a great breakfast place - if I remember correctly - Al Kala? The AC was incredibly loud. I sleep through anything but if you're a light sleeper you will struggle.

Very clean, very comfortable stay. Nice pool, pretty grounds, great location, access onto the beach at the back and walking distance to loads of great eating spots and bars. Great base camp for tours of El Nido.

Staff not responsive to broken glass by the pool.

I think the bathroom shower was not properly clean. and I would have like more usn beds in the pool as they were all full. But those are little things

The breakfast was super good. The pool was super nice in front of the see. Room was very big and comfy. also the Cafe bar in the pool was nice and workers were super nice. And the pool table :). Also, the gym was very good and have all you need.

A bit much of chlorine in the pool, so I wouldn't recommend a diving contest but for a little dip in the water it's ok.

One of the best hotels we had on our trip across the Philippines. It's located directly at the beach and it's just perfect to relax. You can easily walk to all of the restaurants, shops and stuff but the hotel is located in a quiet area. We went there mainly for diving and there are dive centres nearby (we recommend Palawan divers, which is just around the corner). The staff in this hotel was so kind and friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good as well. If you want to have a great time in El Nido go on and book it!

The mould issue in the room was quite unpleasant. It seemed to be a plumbing issue in a few rooms. But the smell in our room was overwhelming.

Wifi is bad. We stayed 4 days and we didnt experience a good connection on our whole stay. You need to go at the lobby in the morning to have a good connection.

Location is good. Its along the beach area where boat for the tours are located and outside is the highway where you can ride tricycle. Breakfast is okay they change menu everyday but not so much to choose from. Room is clean and big.

We did not have Internet for all our stay, no one try even help till I did explain how hard is to be on other side of world with no possible way to plan your holiday, no one change towels if you not ask. Some vegetables was row on breakfast

Need more sun-beds at the beach. Only about 6 for the whole hotel! A few chairs but limited seating & no parasols on the beach. Beach bar have been more accessible.

I like the location of this property. It’s located at the end of the crowded area where you can have more calm experience. There are nearby restaurants & comfy bars with a beautiful beach view. Overall, nice facilities.
