Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Love the balcony for the room. It was quite relaxing with a nice view of the pool and trees across. Pool and grounds were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The massage was great. Pizza and drinks were delicious. Beachfront restaurants are a short walk away.

DenmarkDrain in our shower room was super slow and sometimes we flodded the bathroom. They will charge you for extra towels, sheets... Breakfast- be carefull if you are going on tour at precise time. One day we waited 45minutes for breakfast and they are constantly forgetting things (we were 2 people- they gave us one coffee, one juice...)

SwitzerlandUpon arrival we ate at the restaurant of the hotel, we had just a salad. However, we were curious about the pizza as pictures didn’t reflect the claim of “world champion pizza”. My husband tried and can confirm that it can’t be anything else than just a claim and standard is very low. Although staff at the restaurant is very kind as in the rest of the resort, food is not good at “Giovanni’s”. Concerning breakfast, it offers various options which are ok. However, i would suggest to include more fruit and healthy ones.
The resort is well located, rooms are spacious, clean and with a nice view on the central area including garden and pool. Atmosphere is relaxing. Communication with the staff before traveling was smooth and very helpful in arranging transfers and other services. Also on site, staff was available and kind.

United KingdomThe food really wasn’t great from the breakfast to lunch and dinner - this included the pizza. They weren’t amazing. Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we had our sign outside the door.
We loved the actual resort itself, the hotel Room was lovely and big, bed was lovely and it was nice on the balcony looking over the pool. Pool was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Moringa is a lovely resort. It’s very close to town either by foot or by tricycle. Rooms are very spacious, bed is big and comfortable. We had 2 rooms next to each other and didn’t hear our children! The resort is on the main road but not too noisy. Staff are very attentive and friendly. No buffet breakfast but there’s ample choice. Giovanni’s pizzas are amazing!

SpainOverall the food from the restaurant wasn’t the best one. We had some problems with the air-condition in our rooms, however they changed us to a different one. But none of that was a major problem to us.
Well located from the city centre, less than 10 minutes by taxi (100php/way). The hotel was super clean, great pool and restaurant area and the rooms were really big and comfortable. The bathroom had their own local products and they were good. We also did a good oil massage. The staff was nice and helped us to book a tour and a van to Puerto Princesa airport.

United KingdomLacks the sea view of course, but that’s a known quantity prior to staying. The service at the bar Resturant is quite poor. You’re on holiday and you want to be waited upon and asked if you want a fresh drink. You’re there to enjoy yourself. This lets down the rest of the resort team who are otherwise very helpful and attentive.
Clean facilities. Spacious. Bar and Resturant on site. Nice pool and garden area. Can have your laundry done inexpensively. Can organise tours from the hotel.
