Room service/ cleaning was extremely minimal. we stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels, no clean bedding throughout the entire stay.

Good sized room, ample equipment in room, convenient location, staff and owners were friendly and genuinely cared that we to enjoy our stay with them. We were there when El Nido just opened and appreciated the quieter and less frantic pace. We will not hesitate to recommend this place. Wonderful place and friendly people.

Wifi was very very bad. We couldn't even reach mobile data signal. There was wifi only at the reception.

rooms are very spacious, resort ambience, clean and with a balcony to chill. lovely pool area, my kids love it. beds are very comfy, staffs are very friendly and helpful. we’ll definitely recommend Moringa Resort and we’ll definitely book this resort again

One of the major disappointments was the lack of included airport transportation, despite explicit mentions in both reviews and on the website. Guests are led to believe that this service is provided, only to find out upon arrival that they must arrange transportation themselves, adding unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Furthermore, the value proposition of the accommodation is questionable. Given the discrepancy between advertised amenities and the actual experience, I believe there are better options available at more competitive prices. Additionally, the proximity of the beach to the hotel is misrepresented. While described as nearby, the beach is not suitable for swimming, requiring guests to travel elsewhere for a proper beach experience.

We had the best time at Moringa Resort. Rooms were amazing, beds super comfortable, everything was spotless. The pool area was awesome esp for kids. Staff were wonderful, happy to help with any request. Great a la carte breakfast. We loved every minute of our stay and hopefully will be back one day.

What disappointed me was the WIFI connections, they gave us to connections but the during the last days of our stay there's a telephone provider problem - they say in all or surrounding area of El Nido.

For staff - they are all friendly and gave what you ask. We arrived earlier before the check-in time and they quickly cleaned the room and made it available for us. Swimming pool was one of my favorite, they always cleaned it early in the morning which I always watched from above - terrace (balcony) since I always wake up early. Bathroom was huge with jacuzzi in it but never used it, shower water pressure was low and sometimes you have to wait to warm up the water but for us it's no problem. We also liked the terrace or balcony which is huge, with lounge or king size bed looking the coconut tree line / swimming pool, also the restaurant was great, pizza and carbonara was great, even taste better compared what we taste in Europe.

Not beachside

Location was close to everything however it’s not a beachside hotel but can easily use tutuk to get around. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean.

The door knob on our room should be changed. It was difficult to open at times.

The place was quiet. It made the place more relaxing and staff made our stay even better.

The outdoor massage experience wasn’t great. While the massage itself was fine, there were a few things that left me wanting more. Both my partner and I had massages and the therapists did not change the sheet or pillow between the previous guest and our treatment. It would also be nicer with a proper headrest. In a pinch, a folded towel would do. Without this, it kind of felt like you couldn’t breathe. The location also meant that rather than being relaxing and with nature, you had the sound of other guests at the restaurant and pool. I get what Moringa was trying to achieve, but I believe the site might be a bit small for this kind of setup.

The staff at Giovanni’s, including Michele, were absolutely phenomenal. They always had a smile on their face, or a song on their lips. That’s more than enough reason for us to come back!

Moringa Resort is very quiet, intimate and comfortable stay in El Nido. We really enjoyed our room and peaceful garden view. The restaurant is good, the beach is few steps from the hotel and there is always a trike ready to take you wherever you want to go. We highly recommend this hotel.

The place is very calm and the staff is very helpful :) it is few minutes from beautiful Las Cabañas beach where we’ve enjoyed sunsets everyday. The stuff managed for us the private boat tour, transfer from the airport and to other destination. Everyhing was perfect and we can highly recommend this place!

The bed was very uncomfortably! The breakfast is very pure considering the room prices! It contains only 1 drink! Coffee/tee or juice! We were there 4 nights, in the last 3 mornings they didn’t have jam! However they were selling jam in the shop of the hotel? What??????? I wasn’t able to shower in warm water during our stay! Maybe I should have tried early morning!!!!

The staff are so nice. The food is amazing on the rooftop (nice before a trip to the islands). They were kind enough to let us stay the day using the facilities as we had an 11pm flight. Loads of great restaurants not far away.

The bathroom is nice, but the water is draining very slow after a shower. This causes the bathroom floor to be wet for quite some time.

Nice comfortable and clean room with balcony. The breakfast/restaurant is great and the pool is nice. The hotel staff are very friendly and will help you organize island hopping tours or land tours. Its close to El Nido town by tricycle (2 mins)

wifi wasn’t great in the room, still worked fine but was much better in the restaurant and pool area.

Pool, room and staff were excellent, can’t fault them. Location was perfect a little outside the hussle and bussle but close enough to walk to restaurants and ride a bike into town.

WiFi - WiFi in our room was pretty slow. On the balcony it was better. Water - there were some time where the water was missing. I think it’s an issue of the city and not of the structure tho.

Style - minimalist, natural materials, aesthetic Nature- amazing landscape design with lovely plants and trees. Lovely animal around with special sounds. Balcony - amazing balcony to the courtyard . The windows are really well isolating. Swimming pool - small but comfy. Warm and refreshing. Great opening times Food - excellent breakfasts and other type of food Staff - they are very kind and always helpful Beach - literally 3 minutes to the beach where you can enjoy the sea and also there are a lot of restaurants and bars Massage - they offer amazing massage in the courtyard. Taxi - there are always tricicle outside of the hotel 24 hours on 24 to bring you wherever you need. Position - it’s not too far from the town but it’s pretty quiet during the night,

One of the best hotels we had during our stay in the Philippines. Spacious and clean rooms. Very good restaurant with amazing pizza’s. Close to the beach & easy ride to the city center. I will be staying here again in the future.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the restaurant was good. The staff is awesome. Moringa ticked all the boxes. Of the 3 places I stayed at in El Nido, Moringa was my favorite. When I go back to El Nido I'll stay at Moringa.
