Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Kind and accomodating staff. Able to attend to our requests in a timely manner. Offered nice breakfast. Situated near the beach and other establishments. Big and spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Good value for money. Front desk is open 24 hours. With cable TV set.

I like the location quite peaceful, just 5mins walk goin to the beach, breakfast free are not bad, the thing we are lucky we got the 4pax promo discount during our booked to stay. We had almost 50% hotel discount promotion for 2 nights. Great job El Puerto. Staff are kind and very accommodated.

The room is quite comfortable for the price and i like the free breakfast. The only thing is that the location of the restaurant is that people go in and out.

KuwaitThe road to the hotel is so dark with a lot of guys asking you for a massage or whatever ( not the hotel fault), however it is safe as there is a police station nearby I saw some bugs and and but the staff solved the issue The management really needs to consider upgrading or taking care of the maintenance.
