The place is not easily accessible being around a km away from the hi-way. And should you be heading out, best to head back before dark as the surrounding streets and the street leading to pine suites are poorly lit. One would also need a flashlight walking to the venue from the parking area at night as it is around a 100-meter walk. Having said this, the area does look safe and secure.

I love how the room is put together - the furnitures, beddings, balcony, the knick knacks and the colors and patterns. They all add up to the welcoming and cozy vibe of the entire place. The ad-ons like the sweeper, the kitchen towels and the mats are also much appreciated. This way, one can ensure that the place is spic and span. Connectivity is excellent, wi-fi was speedy. Love the neighborhood and the breezy feels that the pine trees bring. All in all, it was a hassle-free and comfy stay. Thank You!

Location is secluded, but the plus side is, it's quiet. Free parking is around 50meters outside the venue, the road going to the parking was dark.

Comfy bed, stable internet connection. Owner was quick to resolve a minor problem, sent her caretaker to replace a defective electric kettle. Peaceful and quiet (maybe because it was a weekday)

Parking is expensive, but we manage to look for cheaper one. Just ask the guard for some renting parking space.

Property is affordable, instagramable room and clean. The owner is very kind to let us make an early check-in. She also give christmas gift for our daughters!!😊 We really love the view on the balcony. We will book again soon!🥰

For improvement: - mop is not available - no water drainage in the toilet area, only in the shower room - the bidet is very strong and is not adjustable

Took awhile for the admin to process the payment for parking and does not accept cash, though we’re used to cashless payment but since the area does not have a good cellular reception it took us awhile to do the transfer.

Clean, modern and spacious. The host was great and kept us updated. Friendly and accommodating. I love the self check in and the instructions given was a breeze.

I didn't liked the extra admin fees during my stay especially the P400 parking fee if you will park inside the vicinity . There are free parking outside but it doesn't look secured.

I liked the design of the room. Very hotel-like. You won't feel that you're in a condo. The internet is fast too.

The guard in the morning shift was so stubborn and very strict. He never smiled and not accomodating.

I love how clean it is. Plus very accessible to all Restaurants and tourist spot. The bed was too comfortable. The toiletries were perfect. And cooking tools specially the knife.

What i didn't like is the location. It's a bit far from the road.

I like the room. So convenient. You will find the essentials you need. My kids had fun, they are comfortable as well.

The use of a pool is not included. You have to pay for it per use. (2 hours maximum)

The room is so neat and clean! It looks expensive, but it will not break your bank. It's also near lots of establishments. The hostess (Riyah) is very accommodating. 🤍

Small bed and loud music and screaming from neighbors left us without much sleep albeit the bed had a proper mattress...except for the extra bed pulled from underneath the proper bed .. it was dead hard and would only be usable for children I suppose. Tiny tiny unit with bare minimum of necessities we booked for 3 but only 2 of us went so the 3rd person who should have been with us would have had a few bad nights experiences on that extra bed... A failed check-in procedure with no letter to allow us into the compound left us hanging .... as well as wrong map location both caused us a lot of bother.. Parking not as expected with parking several minutes walk away from unit....The guards made you feel utterly unwelcome! "Garden/inner court area had playground for kids just outside bedroom and pool a bit further away which meant the noise level from screaming kids was ever present from early morning until evening! Neighbours next door had no regards for being quiet and kept partying way into the night. Walls and windows are seemingly very and thin and lack any sound insulation.

Great entertainment unit with smart tv and internet.... clean place!
