The breakfast were not included while I paid more than 11k PHP. I thought there was free breakfast then there was not. The breakfast was so small and the smoke fish were not available during my stay. The pool fountains could use some repair. Rusty bathroom walls. Amenities with hygiene could at least give me a Q Tip.

It was close to the beach and I just like the quiet and peaceful area. I like that balcony facing the beach. Pool was clean. Friendly customer service and I like how the owner was a US Air Force Veteran but never got to meet him.

They forgot to retun my drivers license and i only realized when i got back in manila. I was there for 2 nights and the booking was under my name. How could they not know whom to return it to .

About the towels that was gone missing 2 towels according to the housekeepers that’s for sure our kids left it in the pool. We actually didn’t pay attention of how much towels were being prepared for us since we had booked 5 rooms for the whole family. We were being charged thousand pesos a towel which is not worth a thousand firstly because it’s no longer a brand new towel . To cut the story I just pay 1k because I don’t wanna spend some more money for the towels !

The door of the room needs to be pulled harder when going out, making slam noise. There is a charge if paying by credit card which i’m not aware of when i booked.

We booked a room with sea view and balcony but we were given a different room (still sea view but no balcony) and there were no adjustments in the room rate. No towels in the room when we arrived and we had to request for it, we only received it the next day. Additional charge for additional blankets and pillows. Refrigerator not working. Additional charge when paying via credit card. Wifi slow. Only one room keycard provided.

It was less crowded. Staff are nice and polite. Pet friendly. Food is okay.

Unfortunately, although there's a restaurant, they still need to put a cooking area on which clients can cook their own foods. Locals in the areas told us that there were lot of tourist who will asked them to cook for their food. Not every tourist are pleased to eat at the restaurant when they also want to cook their own foods.

My family members experienced bad experience. My brother-in-law, almost got drown while helping other guest drowning in the beach as well as my brothers and nephew who went down to help him with the other guests drowning that already loss consciousness...without the aid of the fisherman the water might took them all. It was so terrible!!!!

Breakfast was great. We occupied the space and tables near the pool. Long table for everybody was awesome.

Main things are okay. But there is space for improvement. Water pressure is poor and takes long to get warm. No phone in the room to call reception, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no slipper, no hairdryer, no everyday change of towels, no menu and information in the room. Coffee in the restaurant was not tasteful.

The view over the pool, beach and sea was perfect. When I read most of the reviews, I was a but sceptic about my stay in the hotel. For me it was better than expected. But on the other side. For this price, you can expect more.

no hair dryer in the room,knowing that people visit there will be having a wet hair coz of the beach.. I went to the Front desk to asked for hair dryer it took me an hour to wait because the clerk is on his break time, when I came he told me he can find a hair dryer, so do you expect you guest to sleep with a wet hair? no toothbrush, no shark po etc.

Shower and basin water salty, no Wi-Fi at all, no hot water, room very dim, only issue 1 room key, no bath or shower mat, towels thin and very old with too much fabric softener, can’t bring in outside food for the kids or be charged corkage fee, front desk people are a little slow in checking guest in, took the restaurant staff 30 minutes for my wife and daughters breakfast to come.

Filipino breakfast was ok, pool was nice and has a deep end and free parking.

it is not worth the price. first of all, the room is not big enough for 4 adults. and it doesn’t have thing that we need(hair dryer, toothpaste are not included) the power was temporarily cut off in the morning when we were there. and it came back in an hour. room is not soundproofed enough. you can clearly hear from your neighbor rooms.

staff are nice and friendly. and it is pet friendly, I brought my 2 dogs and they had great time there. the room view is nice if facing the ocean.

staff not accommodating and VERY noisy during sleeping hours [after 10 pm].. they were shouting in the hallways and can be heard loudly in the rooms. Food took too long to be served. only one broken hanger provided. shower knob is also broken.

has wide beach front and a nice pool. food portions in the restaurant (ordered food) is value for money.
