The parking gate is located on a steep incline. Curly hairs on the floor upon room check-in. The lavatory is clogged. The faucet (in the kitchenette) is rusty, and the laminates on the wooden furnishings are peeling off. The rooms have seen better days. The toilet and bath are kinda old fashioned, and I am not a fan of their toilet seat (the lid keeps on closing when you sit). The hallway floors are dirty. I think the staff (or the interns) should clean the hallways early when only a few guests would be walking around, instead of chit-chatting before their shift.

Courteous staff. Adequate and safe parking space for hotel guests. The kitchenette. Supermarket, laundromat, pharmacy, and coffee shop on the mall below the hotel. Decent sized swimming pool. Great city views.

Excersize room too hot to use. First room was given had a flooding shower, water damage to roof and mouse droppings under sink.

Highly disappointed with the bathroom wash basin water pressure. A bidet in the Toilet is recommended for hygiene.

Quite clean, good amenities like gym and swimming pool. Close enough to restaurants, super markets and Entertainment.

Wifi didn’t work in my room. I was forced to go out to the hallway each time I wanted to use it (my mobile data didn’t really work in the hotel room either).

Good location, great views from the poolside, staff were generally friendly and also assisted me when I had some questions regarding tours.

Bathroom-- basic for the price but shower was broken (had to hold it by hand and the shower head water pressure was painful 😅 unable to adjust it.. if you know what i mean) The AC -- wasn't able to maintain the cold...sometimes.

I am very keen when it comes to comfort rooms so there is a need to improve with the facilities like there is no bidet.

The sink anot working in one of our rooms and the shower, better use a dipper but the tap has no hot water, to fill it using the shower head needs longer time plus no bidet.. Hassle to have tickets for the swimming pool but view is great

We were stranded in Cebu because of the typhoon so this was a last minute booking. I thought the place was not okay because I hurriedly booked this place. To my surprise, size was good enough for us, friendly staff, location great. They have hot and cold if you use the shower head. electric kettle is also provided. Worth for its price.

Its a small smell from bathroom, i dont feel they use correct cleaning equipment to make it 100% clean and nice in the place. They have a lot of potential to make this better. This place could be amazing becouse of location and swimminpool area is so beautiful.

THey have made a few good changes in this place, WIFI is now working, atleast in my room 2724. The swimmingpool area is absolutly amazing.

The towels were not so presentable anymore. A floor mat either inside the bathroom or by its door would be helpful in keeping the entire room clean cause it will already seep the dirt from your feet or slippers and prevent it from scattering around the room and on the bed.

The guards at the pool area were kind and accommodating. The pool area and water were clean. The leeway given to check out after 12noon but before 1pm without charge was appreciated. The accessibility of a grocery store, coffee shop, pharmacy, bakery, and other food stalls were very helpful. The cost of stay was reasonable.

The CR doesn't have biddet very inconvenient in using the toilet Toiletries incomplete no toothbrush and toothpaste provided for 2days stay My daughter got stucked in the elevator for more than 10mins in the 21st floor but no apologies or whatsoever 😞 Also the room is so plain only the city view made it nice

For the latter half of my stay the wifi connection was very spotty, and in the last two days it didn't work at all. They said they were working to fix it but couldn't tell me a date when it would get fixed. Considering how essential it is for some people to have Internet, and the fact that the hotel offered it, I think they should have made it a priority to fix it ideally in less than one day. But that wasn't the case so I ended up having to go to work in a café during my last day.

Everything is okay. Only wifi is very very poor

The location is great and the room overview at city. The pool is nice and my two kids enjoy playing at the pool everyday. The WiFi is so weak! need to improve the WiFi.
