There was an event in the evening and the other guests were making noise in the corridor in the early morning for quite some time.

Beautiful view of Taal Lake. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was comfortable. Staff were very solicitous.

Bathroom facilities are quite old and not cleaned well. The faucets were really old. Towels also quite old. There were crawling ants in ceiling and walls. The balcony was not cleaned the entire duration of stay. Really bad sound proofing.the upstairs room occupants were noisy and stomping on the floors for 3 nights until 1-2 am making sleep challenging.

Breakfast was good. Good quality and mix. Restaurant has good food. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Best view of Tagaytay. Great massage at inhouse spa. Free cookies every day of stay and even a few to take home! Great location and near everywhere!

Ala carte food is too salty and oily. Breakfast is too dry as well. Pool is not heated and with Tagaytay’s usual weather, swimming in their pool was quite a challenge.

Room is clean and common areas are not too crowded. Overall, place is relaxing.

There are some facilities that are quite untidy.

The location was nice just beside the skyranch. The room was clean though we hoped we could have an option to have 1 king size bed instead of 2 double beds. The food tastes great too, and the staff was very friendly.

Blow dryer in the room not working. Noise at the pool, noise coming from ceiling and you can hear every time someone is walking at the corridor. Door locks a bit jammed for both rooms we have occupied.

Love the food at Belissima. View is good and relaxing. Love the acoustic during dinner. Spa was good.

When it comes to the pool, I hope you’ll get it a heater since it’s the center of the hotel. Much better if people can relax in the pool. Because your hotel is located in the Upland.

Facilities are a bit ageing. Quite some noise from the hall way, and there was some water dripping in the bathroom the hotel couldn't fix that made it difficult to sleep at night

The view is amazing and it's perfect for a couple of days rest by the pool.

Rooms showing a little bit of wear and tear but still overall still very nice.

Friendly staff. Amazing views of the volcano and the mountains / lake. The rooms are modern and were clean and had all the basic tolietries. Good selection of food for the breakfast buffet that tasted great. The pool has amazing views and is quite large. Only thing is the pool doesn't seem to be heated and is cold early in the morning. Hotel location is very good. About a 5min walk to a small little shopping complex and local resuatrants. Sky ranch is also right next door.

Rooms could be quieter. I could hear water running thru the pipes whenever people from nearby rooms use their bathroom. Wedding was held during my stay there, which was very bothersome for other guests since the hotel is not that big so they occupied a large portion of the common areas. Area were wedding was held was also very open and right next to lobby. So noise/music from the wedding permeated the whole hotel.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was good. The view is of course is amazing, and the highlight of the hotel.

The management could advise the housekeeping staff to avoid screaming in the hallway or talking too loud between cleaning the rooms.

Friendly and hardworking staff we found relentlessly working even through the storm to help/assist their guests.
