Easy to locate, quiet neighborhood and alot of nearby walkable restaurants. There are a number of cute animals in the property like cats, monkey & bunny.

A bit out of the way. Trike drivers didn't always understand the unusual name. Didn't like the bored monkey in the small cage.

Room was lovely. Jacuzzi in the corner was a bonus and used! The menagerie of animals was a joy.

The rooms had old sliding doors which required a key to lock and unlock the whole time. The bathroom was so-so, does it's purpose. The jacuzzi I had had a leak in it but not a big deal if you're not staying in it for long. There was no flat iron for your clothes.

The entire facility was totally unexpectedly nice compared to the steers outside. Location is in Balibago where there's a lot of food options and a shopping mall to go around to. Food was great, portions not so much. There's a pool in the middle of the complex and you have your own jacuzzi in your room. Air conditioning was alright.

Location too far although a grab taxi are easy to get, although the tuk tuk's will try to rip you off. Didn't try the swimming pool although it looked ok.

Staff lovely, although the room air con made a noise all night which made it very hard to sleep. Was changed to a different room the next night although in both rooms their was no hot water, so don't think you'll be using that lovely bath in the corner!!

Everything is good except no electric kettle and cups for coffee if we don't want to go out of the room.

The place is great, there's a jacuzzi inside the room. Food is great. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean and so the towels and sheets. Location was great also. Highly recommended.

Hi, This is not good property, I felt that there is a jacuzzi inside the room and the ladder also .We will not feel any safety in this room .I'm not strongly recommending to anyone this hotel

We booked 2 rooms, a family room and a superior room. The family room were ok though we notice that the AC unit there was too old already and the mirror inside the bedroom were somehow have a lot of finger/hand marks from old guests maybe. Then the superior room that was given to us has an old AC unit too. Another issue was the AC is not really working properly. The AC was running for almost 5 hours yet the room was not having that "cold" atmosphere as the aircon was maybe too old. We then asked for an electric fan to support the AC unit yet, it's still not effective. another thing is that, the mirror inside the room has also marks on it. We were then transferred to another room. This time it was a family room. Again, the AC unit was too old to work properly and has this machine sound that is irritating and annoying that you can't sleep and relax because of its noise. The light inside the bathroom was defective, sometimes it works sometimes it does not. The water from the shower area piles up because of the drainage and the faucet from the sink is also defective. Inside the bedroom, there are stains in the wall that bothers me since CLEANLINESS is very important for guests like me stating in these kinds of accommodation. We didn't bother anymore to raise these concerns since we were advised earlier that the last room they can offer to us is the family room we were transferred to. We hope that facilities of this place could be repaired so guests will have a great stay since this place have a very nice ambiance in their pool and bar area.
