Our only minor complaints were that there really wasn't any type of kitchenette or appliances, aside from a hot-pot for heating water. I personally would have liked to have a refrigerator of any size, to keep small amounts of drinks or food cold during a stay. Drinking water, soft drinks, or drinks of any kind, that are always going to be warm, while also in a hot climate, got old quickly (especially being a foreigner that isn't used to the climate, as I would imagine a lot of visitors might be). My wife (a Filipina) who loves to cook for us, likes to get seafood and fish fresh out of the sea, even on vacation, and she really wanted a way to cook food for us. So, a small stove burner and pan/pot with utensils might have been good as well. My last very small complaint, which is very much a 1st-world issue, but may still be relevant to others, was that while this unit thankfully had a/c, we weren't allowed to leave the a/c on when we left the room, in an attempt to conserve electricity. So, this meant that all the time and energy that went into the a/c cooling the room while you're in it, was wasted, and you had to wait for it to re-cool back down again everytime you left and returned to the room again. Besides these very insignificant minor issues, the stay was wonderful and I would still highly recommend it for anyone wanting beach-front views/access from a quaint and peaceful central location in Corong-corong.

Nicely finished unit with western influenced details. Amazing location right on the beach. Staff were polite and helpful when we reached out to them, and otherwise left us alone to enjoy our time in peace to ourselves. North-central location in Corong-Corong Very peaceful.

Front of the beach, friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean! Although There was some disruption with the water supply in our shower but they were very quick to fix it.

The long Van ride, 5 - 6 hours going to PPS - El Nido and back which is a total of 12 hours. Seem to be a waste of time considering we are there for a short period of time. Would not recommend a Van ride unless your the type of person who likes long driving.

Great value for money, close to town to buy souvenirs. VAN Ride from Puerto Princesa was very long, tiring and a waste of time as it took 5 to 6 hours to reach our destination but the driver kept us entertained for as long as he can which is a plus.

Long wait to get plugged up toilet and sink fixed. They did not have available tools and staff on site. Sherlyn came to the rescue. Water turns brown when it rains. Peddlers just wait for you everyday to buy their stuff.

Only a minor issue but would be helpful to know beforehand - there is no road access to Fabregas so I found it easiest to get to by walking down Pops district promenade and along the beach. Worth the short walk :)

Entry was through.an unmade pathway with builders debris into a courtyard, whose walls needed a good clean and coat of paint to lift the common area. The room was basic with a hard bed and no plug in the sink

Beautiful beachfront location. Quaint ceiling fan which worked well and meant we didn't need to use the Aircon much. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, but in this place you are paying for the view so do not expect luxury facilities. At least they had a kettle. Based on the ratings, I was expecting more.

Staff was chatting loudly in front of our door in the morning. The door of the dormitory room is really hard to open/close!

The beds were not the most comfortable we have had during this trip and we would have liked to have had an option for breakfast (especially since we had to get up early to go on a tour).

The location is amazing! The rooms are nice too and the staff quickly replied to my messages and were very helpful during our stay.

Peaceful. Amazing view of the beach. I love that they have tables outside where you can chill, eat, or hangout with your friends. The room is also spacious (we are a group of 6 people). You can buy your food outside it's only 5 mins away from the city central.

Shower heater is hard to use. It's extremely hot, literally steaming hot even at the lowest setting. Room is great for big groups but air conditioning is not enough to make the room cool so you need to keep the fan turned on.

Location is perfect! Accessible to everything. Boat tour pickup at the beach front. They can assist you with laundry and suggest places to eat.

Nothing much probably just a little improvenent

I booked fabregas with 3 reason, 1st is because near in the town proper of el nido, i dont like to much noise ar night and if need to buy grocery or something you can pay 100 pesos for a trycycle ride this is recommended if your on a group but in my case i have whole family with me, 2nd reason its front beach and convinient since we have 2 kids who love to swim, 3rd is the place itself bueatiful, accommodating staff and owner, good running water 24 hours a day, air condition is good, bedsheet and towels is clean,
