It's a little annoying having to get a shuttle bus every time you want to leave the hotel, but the shuttle service is well ran. Wi-fi is quite slow, but probably can't expect much better on an island.

Great staff, good rooms, good breakfast, and plenty to do on the resort. Price was very good. After staying in an AirBNB for the first part of our stay on the island, it was nice to enjoy the comforts of a hotel.

- the transportation inside the resort is absolutly Horrible: instead of golf cars, they use some vans packed with people (some came wet from beach or pool, while others were dressed for dinner, 10-14 people like sardines in that car) I hated it every time, unconfortable ride. And walking to main gate was not an option, because it is a very large property: we walked from main building to beach 15 min, from infinity pool to hotel around 20 min. A bit noisy at night and early morning since our room was on main building facing reception area

-Great location, facing the beach and wakling distance to Key Hole. You can enjoy sunrise. Only 5-7 min from Main gate to Station 1 by Tricycle/tuk tuk or to Puka Beach where you can see sunset. - large rooms, clean - one lobby for check in and another for check out, which makes it very fast - the food was ok for breakfast or a la carte, you have what to choose from - large gardens and golf field. -infinity pool with foam party overlooking the ocean - good value for money - they take good care of the resort facilities.

Staff at reception that tell you that everything is fine and it is not. I wanted to extend my stay and made another booking at the reception online and the receptionist did it for me and took photos of the confirmation and she confirmed that all is fine. When the final date arrived I went out and couldn't go back in my room. Went down to ask why and they told me that I had a day missing on the reservation (the reservation the staff at reception did it). Anyway I booked that day immediately and after it was confirmed they said that I have to go to another block. Obviously I didn't want since I paid for a superior room. Long story short they sent me to pack my things because that room was already booked (most probably it was my booking). I went down with all the baggage and things and I asked the lady where are you going to send us now? She told me one moment. And she talked to a guy that was in the reception. He made a phone call and told me that I can stay in the same room. So I don't know why I had to pack everything, hassle to get down, another hassle to get up again. Well this issue was a total mess which for sure if I go back I won't extend anymore with them.

Room was very nice. Cleaned everyday (although 1 day it wasn't cleaned good) A lot of pools were to go and a private beach. And also shuttle service was very good.

We had issues with the rooms when we first arrived. We were upgraded to new rooms but the number of beds were not complete and additional beds were not prepared in advance.

We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. Very spacious room. There’s always security outside tge villa and we’re able to go around the resort through roaming vans. The Ventana Pool foam party in the evening was our favorite last activity after going to the beach. Their private beach is very nice — clean and not crowded unlike the public beach in station 1 and 2.

I wish you could open swimming pools til midnight for those who wanted to spend an extra hour at the pool and your private beach til there was light. 6pm is still early, we can still enjoy the sea til the sun sets in.

Facilities of the hotel are well maintained and cleanliness is observed at all times. It is so nice that you have a private beach for those who wants to keep out of the crowd. Breakfast buffet is such a feast and taste good. Personnel are courteous and helpful. Special mention and thanks to Ms. Leth Catibog from your F&B department for making the simple birthday celebration of my kid special and memorable.

I stayed in building nine and in my opinion it was way too noisy for a resort. From 8am to 10pm there was always something. The main source was definitely the pool with all the people and the permanent music. So just be careful in which building you stay in. Just let them know what you prefer and they make it happen.

It is very secluded. It is very lovely. It’s like a dream. The staff is super friendly.

The lighting in the room was a bit dull and possibly need some bulb changes. The other bit that came as a surprise was when the net went down although it only took about 15 minutes, it would have been nice to have be told about it.

It started off indifferent however, once we checked in and got comfortable, I realised its actually a very nice place. Unfortunately I don't give 10s other than for location even if this place is a 10.

Wifi could be better. Had few disconnetions during each zoom/teams call. Some of the buildings and swimming pools were closed (six swimming pools where open, which is more than most of the hotels have in total).

Far from the public beach although shuttle services are provided free up to the main gate. Have to wait for 10 minutes or more to get a ride.

Staff are welcoming and helpful from checking in. Private beach inside the resort a few minutes away, a plus as only guests can occupy. Swimming pools are a great addition. Some attractions inside and restaurants. Free buffet breakfast(included on the price booked) with several food choices was excellent.

It’s quite far from the center but they have free shuttles going to D mall,you just need to check the time.

I love the place as they have a private beach and they have 5-6 pools you could choose from. They serve fantastic breakfast,my family enjoyed it. Their staffs are very polite and helpful.

This resort is huge and you need shuttles to move around the area. During peak hours the queue starts to become long so patience is really required.

-The resort has the most welcoming and accommodating staff. From the day we arrived up until the day we left, the staff has been very attentive and helpful. Since we arrived an hour before our check-in time, they collected all of our luggages for keeping so we can have a comfortable lunch before checking in. -Our room is near the main lobby/pool/cafe/playground which I think is good for families with kids. Advantage of this is you don't need to ride a shuttle to have your breakfast in the cafe.
