The resort’s private beach was a good respite from the lively, fun-filled, loud atmosphere of the main beach of Boracay. Truly family-friendly. The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating.

The noise in block 7 with my room facing the pool, also other people slamming doors early in the morning when leaving their room, would recommend earplugs, air con could be positioned better within the rooms. Bathroom wasn’t properly clean with the shower old grime would float on the ground as drains wouldn’t clear quickly enough, Z

How close it was to the main centre in Boracay . The staff were also brilliant couldn’t pass without saying hello, also the facilities were great lots to do around the resort.

How long sometimes you had to wait for a van. It is like they forget to go past the massage place. As I was stranded there a few times. Many staff on their phones whilst working.

Shuttle service - numerous times it was far too slow. Often waiting 10-15 mins to be picked up from main entrance/building resulting in us walking to our building which was close to the main hotel so far from the entrance

- The shuttles around the resort were far from ideal. Waiting up to 20 mins to get from breakfast to room. - Food quality overall was disappointing. Breakfast and lunch was overcrowded and limited options to choose from (very little vegetarian choices). - Staff were very friendly however there was limited communication and difficult to find key information e.g. how long it would take to wait for a shuttle.

Very noisy in the room, because of conditioner outside, and conditioner in the room also worked very loud.

Resort is huge and you can’t walk around in the area. There are no signs and if you ask the staff ”it’s too hot and too long way to walk”. You are dependent on shuttle buses which is propably ok for non-active people. There is a lot of staff, but still we needed to ask three times before we got our broken tv fixed. It seemed that the staff wasn’t allowed to enter our empty room eventhough we told that it’s ok. So at the end we needed to sit and look while four people was repairing the tv. For some reason there was over 20 sunbeds on the beach that weren’t allowed to move (”managements order”). These beds were on direct sunlight so they were practically empty every day. At the same time people were queueing for the few moveable beds.

We did not realise how massive this resort was. The pinned spot on bookings.com is not where your accommodation will be! It’s actually more inland and you have to catch a shuttle bus to the beach and other restaurants. The TV is pointless, absolutely no reception on it. Bring ear plugs! This resort is old and the sound proofing is terrible, you could hear your neighbours and people talking/walking down the corridor.

Too far from the main public beach, some of the facilities and buildings needs repairs, out toilet bowl is partially broken (seat cover). The breakfast buffet has so little options to choose from, the coffee is bland.

The resort is huge, with private beach and many pools. We really enjoyed our stay here! Also, the shuttles were very efficient, we rarely had to wait more than a minute. Those reviews that said that people had to wait for over 20 minutes for shuttle, I don’t know where they came from.

The customer service here is outstanding. However, if I had to be picky, I'd mention two things: transportation and hot water. Past 10 AM, it can be a bit challenging to get transport to the main road due to high demand. Additionally, my room didn't have hot water, which might be because the Philippines is typically hot and humid, so hot showers might not be a priority.
