Probably a little variation on breakfast especially for those staying longer. Optional for white rice (not fried rice) and sunny side up eggs for kids.

Welcome drinks while waiting for check-in. Very refreshing. The room itself is so nice and big for 4pax. Bed is comfortable and has very nice lay-out. The location of hotel is close to everything. I did not expect something elegant and beautiful like this in D'Mall area.

Loved our room and the location of the hotel. Restos and shopping area were just a few steps away from the hotel lobby. Also, the beach was just a short walk away with shops to look at on the way there.

The edge of the rug in our room had started to roll up and was a trip hazard. The shutters on the windows prevented the room from becoming completely dark.

One gripe — our water heater was faulty. The water would fluctuate from very cold to very hot regardless of how we turned the knob. It made shower times with my little one difficult.

Location and setting is A-plus. The rooms are spacious and clean, everything was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the rooftop pool, and breakfast had a good variety of dishes. The staff were remarkable and super nice. 10/10 Would Recommend; definitely staying here again if we find our way back to Boracay.

Room was nice and spacious..toilet and bath was spacious too. Food was so-so..we expected a lot more because this is managed by enderun but bfast was so so. pool was clean but small...

The cleanliness of the room was kept pretty well. Thou I noticed that there was a bit of mold growing in the washroom. I’m pretty sure with enough upkeep, the management will be able to solve this issue. Some of the gym equipments needs an upgrade. And I would also suggest to keep the water flowing through the mini canals located beside the restaurant, because mosquitoes can lay eggs on there.

Breakfast was very good. There was lots of variety and the quality of the food was excellent. I noticed that the staff kept on refilling the food which tells me that the food was always fresh. There was also a bunch of pastries lined up thou I wasn’t able to try them, but it looked really good as well.

1st the staff of Feliz hotel are very polite , kind and when you ask the things that you need they respond quickly and one thing the driver of Feliz hotel who pick and drop us to the airport very helpful honestly Feliz Hotel was so blessed having amazing staff that's why we are so happy our 1st Trip to Boracay

Sometimes a bit loud in the evenings. Please tell your massage therapist to wash her hands after using the in room toilet, unbelievable.

Cleaning room service is not great! We don’t like have our room cleaning every day, we care about the environment as well! However, when asked to clean, the bathroom was barely cleaned, the toilet(loo) was NEVER washed properly and also sink etc.cleaning team just tidied up the bed and vacuumed, not even properly since there were spot with tons of sand never cleaned.

Location is the key! Rooms are large and with nice light. nice swimming pool area on the top. the team is the best, the service is great. love almost everything

Beautiful spacious rooms with super comfy beds. Breakfast spread was delicious . Restaurant offers great value for money. Staff was helpful and looks like they are enjoying their work
