Commision fee was not visible upon booking. Weak WIFI signal, had to call staff to fix Netflix in TV.

Free breakfast, fully ac room, mini fridge, hot shower, friendly staff and good choice of lobby music! (dj is a Swiftie!)

No choices for breakfast. The cafe is closed. Noisy kids in the hallway. I stayed for work but there were kids during my stay playing in the hallway. Also, the wifi is weak. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work.

Because they have no elevator, it's not recommended for senior citizens who has problems with stairs. Although the food is good, they only serve 1 kind for breakfast, no other options.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and you have a very good view of Mayon from their roof deck.

The parking is too small. Some customers need to park beside the road. A bit far from the nearest stores like 7/11. Have to do a 5 minute walk to the nearest one. Saw a cockroach on the hallway. Too many ants. If you throw something in the trashbins, ants will definetly be there. Need to upgrade your airconditioning, specially with the rooms in front. The heat just comes in since the front have glass for walls. With tv, but no local channels.

The rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. It's quiet at night. There is a roof top where you can view the mayon volcano. Bathrooms are clean. With heaters. My husband love that there is a flowerhorn on the 2nd floor. As he also takes care of one at home. There's only 1 power socket. But you can request for an extension.

No elevator WiFi was slower than a snail in reverse Only one power outlet so you can either charge your phone or watch TV The included breakfast was good but there was no choice , it was fried chicken or nothing

Too much stairs! There is something wrong with the bathroom although they promised to look into the problem. There was too much sounds of constant hammering and other construction works going on. The weather was too hot so the noise increased the discomfort

The staff was really accomodating, even going out of their way to meet your needs.

Even better: - swipe clean TV rack/cabinet - spray anti-mosquito - higher wattage for lightbulbs in the comfort room - breakfast choices - more of Bicol dish (had same the same breakfast silog with lechon kawali back in 2022) - no telephone but you may reach them via their official mobile line

Went well: - service as always; prompt at all times; showed willingness to help and assist - mini souvenir shop for last minute purchases - ambience of the lobby/dining (instagram-worthy) - newly renovated staircase decor (again for the 'gram) :) - mirrors in the staircase and common areas :) - minimal fee for late check out - assistance they extended to book my airport drop off shuttle for Php150.00 :)

No telephone, bidet water smells bad. We left the room with aircon open when we came back its turned off. I felt someone entered our room to turn it off. had to go down from 3rd floor to lobby just to order something , very tiring

The staff are super nice and super welcoming. It's one of the best hotel in town that you can ever have in a very reasonable price.

As stated on the plus, this guy apparently in charge of parking was very loud and behaved oddly when asked about parking which the property agreed to before we even got there. We were told we did not made reservations. Then we saw the rooms where the airconditioning units were placed behind a zocalo above the bed headboard. Caused me a headache. The bathrooms were tight and the water was really hard.

The frontdesk personnel were accommodating and the place seemed cool when we got in. So everything was fine. They even let me pay later as they did not have the card payment system.
