The time we went there were road works going on, so it was quite a diversion to get to the apartment, but that didn't make our stay less comfortable!

The unit was super clean and well decorated. Walking distance to SM mall Batangas City. Not too far from the ferry port. Free parking in front of the apartment.

This place has everything furnished no matter what you need. It’s close to a major mall and supermarket so you can simply walk there. Had a request online and staff were there in two minutes. Nice place. Roomy and cozy. And the amount of entertainment on the tv was amazing too. Great place!

It’s clean and quiet. Air conditioning is cold. We didn’t get to use Netflix since we have our own. Wifi was fast.

It's a little inconvenient because I can't watch over-the-air TV. And it would be better if you could supply the towels according to the number of family members staying and the date.

The facilities were very clean and especially good for family use. It was convenient because SM mall was close by

Very minor issue is the bathroom door doesn't stay shut unless you lock it from the inside. The foam padding on the sofa is thin.

The location is pretty good. Nice shower. Excellent AC. Good amount of space and nice layout.

Best stay on our 10 day trip, close to SM Mall. Everything you need, very lovely and homely feel. We stayed an extra day to enjoy and experience local surrounds! Highly recommended A+

Difficulty in finding the place. The San Rafael Compound was not mentioned or highlighted in the address.

We had a hard time locating the place, good thing they responded to my message when we were navigating using Waze. I kinda wish they provided a quick guide on locating the place so it’s easier. On our first night, there was a water interruption which lasted for about 6 hrs. It resumed in the morning which made us worried as we’re staying at the place as it’s close to the venue of the wedding we’re attending. Hopefully situations like these are anticipated (if it really happens often) as we had no water to use the entire night.

The location is a bit far from all the tourist attractions.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Everything was exactly like what it is in the photos. The WiFi is very fast, it's good if you are working online. The host is very helpful! When we were short of toilet paper and water, she/he helped us immediately!

Smooth handing out of keys via digitally locked box next to entry door. Fully equipped apartment with whatever one can be looking for. Friendly and helpful person (Ms. Ellen) looking after the apartment. Great value for the money.

During our check-out we were on a big rush to make it on time for the ferry boat, and we accidentally slightly damaged the hinges for the bathroom door. As it seemed for us, they were very fragile to begin with, but the super lovely owner of the place were kind enough to respond to us with the most pleasant and understanding replies. Thank you ever so much!

I stayed in this lovely apartment with my parents while traveling through Philippines. It was super easy to check-in thanks to the locker system they have by the door. Even when arriving in late hours. I would suggest for any other travelers to also stay at this place if you want to feel yourself like at home. Very cozy and comfortable apartment with everything you might need during your travels.

we arrived late in the dark of night, and could not find the property without summoning the owner for help due to the absence street lighting and signs. The location took over three hours to reach from the airport and was not convenient to the attractions we wanted to see.

The property was fully furnished and satisfactory.
