The bunk beds are designed for kids, if you are tall'r than 1.75m you have a problem, i had to put the madress on the floor to sleep. There is NO kitchen, not even a fridge as shown in some of the pictures. My tv and water heater was not working. I lived there about 1 month.

The staff is the best, all of them, security guards and hotel staff are so welcoming and friendly. You can smoke on the roof deck.

The location is noisy since it is close to lrt. The water heater is not working. The bedding is 2/10. Television is not working.

Bath towel seem to be not to our liking. I'm hesitant to use it since the color is not that clean as what we preferred. Hotel could have changed their towels into whites. Beddings are not comfortable, and seem to be not totally clean at all.

Its our 2nd time staying on this property which means we like it a lot. Property is close to everything and is accessible. Easy and smooth check in. Staff is also helpful. What I like the most of this property is their group of 4 pax room which is beneficial for us. Its also affordable!

The place is just functional, it works, but the noise from the street and the train passing close to the building is quite loud - also I would not say it's beautiful either...

The place was nice and convenient. The value for money is quite good and I'd probably stay here again if I was in Manila

The shower & bathroom & trying to charge an extra night

Location was good bit out dated hotel bathroom & shower room was only fit for a borrower so if you're a larger human or even normal sized you won't fit very well the shower was awful you were lucky to get 3 drips so impossible to wash long hair apart from that it was ok staff were nice apart from one trying to charge us an extra night when we weren't due to check out until the next day but a a lot of hotels try that on just keep proof of the booking with you

As weird as it sounds, there is no sink in the bathroom so you have to brush your teeth in the shower. that was a first for me.

Shower - the water was barely warm and there was no water pressure so the water trickled out of the shower head. If they fix the showers this place would be a 10/10 in terms of value for money.

Location 10/10 - located in Malate which is a good area with a 7/11 next to the lobby and within walking distance to a lot of places - on the 23rd floor you can see the entire city of Manila. Staff: 10/10 - all the staff from the security to front desk and maintenance were very friendly and professional Cleanliness 9/10 Facilities: 9/10 - everything was good except the shower, good AC Wifi: 10/10 - wifi worked extremely well during my stay, even on the 23rd floor where my room was . Id actually say its the best wifi ive had so far in the Philippines.

I do not like AC it was not ok and shower was not ok need to improve AC and shower. No room service.

Good price for what you get. Comfortable amount of space but I will say the beds were not very comfortable

It would be appreciated if Wash basin or at least one mirror provided in wash room ( for shaving ). No fridge. 2 cups and 2 glasses were better than only one.

Important plus point is 24 hours stay. 24 hours front desk facility. Electric kettle with one cup provided. Bunk beds.
