From the Front Desk up to the Room Sevice, it’s very recognizable. Suitable for group works and the room service also provided us additional chair and water. The bathroom is separate to the CR. Just that, the hot and cold shower is not working. But it’s alright, we rested well for a night.

My first room was in front , and it is next to the train track. It is impossible to sleep. They moved me to a room on the back and that was OK. Philipinos ate deaf, so they don t care..

The table is drooping down and the shower doors have a wide gap and doesn’t have a lock and the exhaust fan doesn’t work the drainage hole is not aligned properly on the shower and toilet so there’s always a huge puddle on the bathroom floor.

The WiFi was hit and miss

Great location, close to the LRT and in walking distance to sights, shops, eateries and bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is large and clean. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again next time we're in Manila

The cr has a permanent dirt mark and its clogged. The heater in the shower does not work.

The place is located in the heart of the city. Its very accessible if you love commuting. There's a 7 eleven downstairs and fast food nearby. The room was neat and clean (except for the cr.) The staff were good.

the heater shower is not working and i don’t comfortable with a shower door that dont have lock and can see through. the table is not in good condition and there is only 1 chair where we were 4 person in the room.

We stayed at G Square for a couple of weeks, and what was very disappointing is we extended our stay for a couple of times by rebooking online through booking.com and after we completed our transactions online we never fail to inform and update the information counter regarding our confirm booking. The thing is they didn't inform us that the key card has expiration depending on how long your booking was. Considering that we came outside, passing the information counter and even we keep reminding them about our updated confirm booking they failed to inform us about this and we already in our door that's when we are about to scan to open the door and it was rejected. Atter that we need to go down again going back to where we just passed by just to ask to update our key card. THEY SHOULD HAVE THE INITIATIVE TO UPDATE THE KEY CARD IMMEDIATELY SINCE THE CUSTOMER INFORMING THEM WITH THE EXTENDED BOOKING! And another thing, they don't properly communicating from the information counter and the house keeper personnel, there is this one time that some personnel just barge inside our room without knocking or informing us, we are so shock that we experienced that. To think we are in our VERY COMFORTABLE CLOTHES, and some stranger will just open the door??? And the thought that when we go outside leaving our stuffs thinking that it was safe and secured because the door is accessible only by key card. After that we informed the counter they apologize there's a mistake DAW when they instructed the house keeper personnel, WE JUST HOPE THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

15G aircon is not working hehehe and yung walang nagaassist kahit sabi ni ate na may pupunta to assist. Sana checked first the aircon if working sya hehehe. Thank you.

The font desk not approachable, weak wifi, no telephone in the room connected to the front desk, no heater in the shower, and no refrigerator in the room .

It's is great location for Backpackers, Family and friends that can saved more money for accommodations.

The heater was not working properly. We tried to max out the settings, but the water stopped. Not a good feature for those who love a hot bath. The blankets were also too thin. We've set the air-conditioning to a low, but the cold still seeps through the fabric.

We loved the accessibility of the location to most of the major spots that we went to. We also loved the cleanliness of the room, and the supply of pillows. We also appreciate the friendly staff members from the guards to the receptionist.

This is a condotel so the room has 2 bunk beds and the beds are twins so kind of small. Hot water could have been hotter; as you turned the temp up, the water volume went down, so at a proper temp there was minimal/no water.

The staff was great and so accommodating! Security was friendly and jumped to please. Wonderful view of the city from the Roof Terrace on the 24th floor. Facilities were spotless, modern and well maintained!

the toilet smells so much even if we haven't used it yet. the heater too doesnt heat much. the train is also very loud.

the guards were nice. always greeting us. clean, comfy. location is very accessible to the metro and other fun places to go like Robinsons. the view is really nice. it also has free wifi.

The shower was very poor, just a dribble of water. Not sure if the problem was pressure or just in need of new head. However there is also a tap so we used that instead. The kitchenette is just a sink, kettle and one cup, one glass and one plate. Could do with a fridge.

Location was fantastic, walking distance from transport options, shops and eateries. Robinsons mall is just a couple of blocks away if wanted. We also walked down to the waterside, and Rizal park and fort areas. Just round the corner is Korea town which has lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3am but were greeted and checked straight in. The room was large and very clean. Large opening window and a cooling unit. The toilet and shower are separate with the sink being in the kitchenette area. Plenty of draw and shelf space. WiFi was OK, little slow now and again, but no problems. There is also a roof deck you can get some fantastic views from. Would definitely stay here again.
