Location was good for getting buses and going on day trips, but a bit of a trek to the main beach town area. The ensuite bathroom was a bit of a let down as it looked old and a little bit unclean compared to the rest of the room and we were joined in there by plenty of little critters

The whole resort is lovely, lots of greenery, a pool, two bars and a restaurant. The staff were very helpful and organised all of our day trips for us! The little bungalow room we stayed in was excellent, very spacious and air con was perfect

The guests were too noisy until midnight and they were very rude. I can't sleep, but it's not the staff's problem.

The shower didn't work very well. We used the pool Shower to wash our hair.

It was a great location and the pool area was nice. The food at the restaurant was good too. We had the bolognese a couple times.

Almost everything fits perfectly but i have just little complaining like the enterence is kind of hard to find to be honest and my shower water volume wasnt strong enough but rest was really cool seriously

Commucation with staff was difficult. We were either not responded to when texting/calling and when asking someone in passing, we were always referrred to reception and told that that is not part of their job. We ordered food to our room a few times and dishes were never collected, and was just left outside over night. I had to request twice for someone to remove it. There were no clear instructions on whether we were supposed to take it somewhere as our rooms did not have kitchen facilities. We have arranged for a shuttle, and on the morning of our departure, we could not get hold of anyone. Someone eventually came out and called the driver.

The place was central and we were able to get around easily. The food was absolutely delicious and affordable. Our room was also very comfy.

Food is average and the receptionist who checked us in and out was unfriendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. Not happy in general. Shower leaked into the bathroom but one staff member was positive to address the issue.

Loved the pool and it is clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us away from the touristy beach area where the night life is so if you are looking for this then you would need to drive there at night.

A really beautiful setting, the rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was gorgeous, restaurant and bar had a great selection of delicious food and drinks and the the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Rooms are quite small and no where really to put luggage. Air conditioner barely worked. Food was NOT good. Everything overpriced. Drinks took a very long time to make. Advertised for currency exchange, but never could do it. Also advertised for snorkel gear rental, but doesn't rent them out.

The atmosphere and grounds were fantastic. Location was perfect. Nice quiet and secluded.

The shower pressure is ridiculously low, so showers aren’t great. But I guess we just got used to it after a couple of attempts. The mirror in the bathroom still has the pricing label from where it was bought so I thought that was a bit unprofessional, even if that is quite the petty comment. The resort is about 30-40 minute walk to the beach area where the restaurant and bars are, so it’s a bit far out. Tricycles are waiting at the resort for a slightly hiked up price to take you where you need to be. Walk out to the main road (2 minutes walk) to get a tricycle for cheaper. And lastly the tour prices are a bit dear compared to what you’ll find at the beach area, so I advise you do your tour shopping at Panagsama beach.

Property was a beautiful little resort. Away from the busy Panagsama beach area so not to have the noise, but within 7-10 minute motorbike ride so not too far to get to either. The pool was nice and clean with a bar poolside for drinks, which is always nice to have in the sun. Darts and table tennis available at the pool too, at no extra cost to you. There is a pool table at the restaurant which is beside the pool. The food is decent so definitely worth a try if you don’t want the fuss of going into the main area. Reception is where you go to for any questions about the area and tours etc. We rented out a scooter for 4 days which gave us the flexibility of going to wherever we wanted, including the different beaches in the local area. Saves a lot of money in tricycle trips this way. Definitely a must if you stay here, scooter is mega cheap in my opinion so it’s a no brainer. The room is adequate enough for your stay, no fuss kind of room. Has everything you need for a very fair price. Staff were lovely and made the stay a pleasant one.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. They organised airport transfers for us and were accommodating to last minute changes to flights. Made food for our group when we arrived late and kept the kitchen open for slightly longer than advertised for us.
