In the family room, there is a window in the shower area that shows out onto the next door property. It's easy to see other people at night, making us unsure whether they could see us while we were taking a shower. Also there is another window in the bathroom that faces onto a public area in the hotel. Some thicker curtains or blinds might be helpful to help shield guests.

The Family Room was exactly as shown in the pictures - it was spacious and clean, with a great view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was really big! The room leads out onto the pool which was big and maintained well, and the outdoor areas had lots of tables and different kinds of chairs to relax. There was also free hot water available and a mini store where guests could buy other drinks. The staff were so kind and hospitable and helped us to set up transport for our various activities while we were there.

Comfortable place with nice sea views. Loved being able to actually swim in the pool too. Good value and just a 10 min walk into centre of Oslob.

The place is nice and money worth it..and kuya is nice person to take us earlier in the line for Whale shark viewing..the place is accessible for everything..u can cook for the food u wanted just give little money after using all there utensils and gas of course.the small market for fish and other seafoods is just 10mins walk and very affordable price..very province price..tnx for accommodating us..

I stayed in front of hotel, very noisy till late then whale shark traffic from 0430. Hotel has faded charm from a past era.

We were in a room roadside, which was not a good choice for us. It was very noisy all night. Long buses come through that road 24 hours a day. That was our fault. They’re all rooms that face to see that I think would probably be a lot more quieter. The rooms were not maintained daily during our stay. The Wi-Fi is terrible and the TV does not work.

The view from the pool and the upper deck, which had rocking chairs to overlook the sea. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Always a go to place when in oslob. As a recurring patron here, there is a homey feel to this accomodation. Very close to town and also a beachfront. All the staff are very welcoming and super friendly. Highly recommended.

would have liked to swim in the ocean in front but it's not a swimming area. Otherwise place was great

Lillet was the most wonderful hostess. She offered options of things to do without every being pushy. She was extremely gracious and friendly. The hotel was very relaxed with a good vibe of watching the ocean or chatting with new friends. There was a good sized pool although I did not use it. It was clean and clear. Hot and cold water dispenser and shower was very good. Wifi was very good although not always outside at the upper sitting area. Easy walk to town or places to eat.

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, I found this when I closed the bathroom window at night to lessen the noise from the street. The next day when I opened the bathroom door it hit me. Shower water pressure not great. I saw the staff cleaning rooms so I vacated mine and say by the pool for a few hours to let them work. Returned to the room and it had not been serviced :(

Location was ok, just a 10 minute walk from Oslob town. Nothing special can be used for the rest of the room, bed, bathroom, tv, view. The pool was nice to have and was very clean, access to the ‘beach’ was closed.

Bad smell coming from the bathroom and shower didn’t have great water pressure. Host was nice but could have been a bit more hospitable and helpful with answering questions.

AC on the other room we rented didn’t work! Was on 16 but not cold at all, fan was just the only one helping. It was like a sauna inside the room the wholeday bec sunrise and sunsets hits the glass wall/doors

AC worked well, spacious room, staff was nice and helpful. Common space to chill and hangout was really nice
