The extra bed wasn't made up, but was corrected quickly. The shower pressure wasn't always great even with the pressue on.

We Loved the location of the Ginto. AC was perfect during the hot days. Also loved the quick communication via whatsapp.

Aircon wasn’t great so the room could get a bit hot. It was nice to have a pretty authentic breakfast included but unfortunately there were no vegetarian options available (they were happy to give me an extra egg instead of the meat dishes though), the coffee was only instant, and it was only available for a short window of time in the morning.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, there were tooth paste marks on the shelf we also had two periods of no water. It was advertised as an apartment and it was only a room. The reception lady sat on a table directly outside our room, making it impossible to have privacy on the balcony

AC needs update as it is old and rooms are facing sun all day, so it is very important. Room was not cleaned during our 3 days stay.

the decor is dated and the room was very basic. the bathroom is small. the other thing is the electricity cut a few times but this is within Coron not just the hotel.

the location is good as it is near restaurants and bars and also mount tapayas. the triple room was spacious and had both a fan & aircon. the staff were very friendly and helpful when arranging pick ups etc. there is also a water / coffee station available. and the wifi is VERY good.

The hotel is right in town, very close to the restuarants, but off the road so not too noisy! The room was a good size! They had a purified water station with complimentary hot drink options!

VERY noisey aircon and lots of noise in the morning. bring earplugs! no mosquito netting on windows, cold shower with very little pressure.

We had breakfast coupons for the KTN restaurant just beside our accommodation and the breakfast was satisfactory. It was delish and filling. You can choose between having an egg or a banana and having a vegetable or meat dish with your rice. They also offer you some hot beef soup/broth. The breakfast is really good for an adventurous day ahead. The property host was very accommodating, helpful, and thoughtful.

Mattress at the worst condition I have ever seen. You can throw to the bind straight away.

The receptionist was the key of from a bad experience to a good experience. We had a reservation for 2 nights and at the first night we couldn’t sleep at all because of the mattress was terrible. Sleeping on the floor was more comfortable. The receptionist was so kind and changed the day after the room in to an other one. Again the mattress was y bad condition but a bit better than before. This apartment can reach a good rate from 8 to 10 if the owners will pay attention about at the most important things in a hotel that is the SLEEP TIME with a good furniture of mattress that will provide a good sleep. Thanks of the effort and empathy of the receptionist we transfer a very low rate into something acceptable. Thanks for all your help and hope any owners can have a receptionist like you.

The hosts were so kind! We could check in early when we arrived at 9am. When my partner got sick and needed to go to the hospital they took such good care of us, they checked on us multiple times, brought pillows and breakfast, and brought our laundry to the laundromat. We felt so thankful. Also the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. Breakfast is basic, but free. Location is in the city center
