I find it weird that I have to use the electric kettle beside the toilet bowl and they did not provide hangers so I had to buy some for myself which is really inconvenient since I came from afar.

The ceiling is falling apart especially right below the aircon, you can smell the molds and it smells really old. I ended up having a sore throat inhaling those odors.

Very convenient location, just beside the mall. You can order food anytime.

Staff needs to be oriented on courtesy with their guests. They just pass by guests like they don't exist.

Hotel is im the same building of Robinsons mall, Very good location to access everything nearby, professional staff and i got immediate response with polite manners from them for each calls. Recommend to manage a room checklist to make sure all the facilities are available in room on each and every time they clean the room, so that guest can avoid calling reception for every thing. Water kettle was dirty and when i called they immediately replaced it Management must involve to renovate the linen, floor, shower, furnitures. Its good value for money

Very accessible, since the location is within the City area. The aircon for both rooms we booked (we booked for 2 rooms) were not enough to cool the area. And in our room there's small cockroaches on the bedsides & drawers. The Toilet & shower were always wet because there's a leak on the floor.

Soundproofing of the rooms are not great. Hallways are like a sound tunnel - You can hear people opening and closing their doors. Was woken up a few times in the middle of night (4am, 5am) by their staff on their loud walkie talkie inspecting room and shutting the doors. There was a city-wide power outage (around 3:30am) when we stayed and it took a little over an hour for the generator to work? Power was on and off for a whole hour.

Location is great. It’s next to a mall so it’s very convenient. Taxis are also readily available in the area.

I think it all goes to all Go Hotels.. the placement of the mirror facing the toilet door. I really don't like it. One more thing, I hear rat noise in the AC compartment. Might as well check it.

I like the location of the hotel, it's in the city center and very near Robinson's. The room is pretty decent and the AC is cold. The hotel provided a electric water heater for boiling water. It's the best! I can drink hot in the morning.

I don't like the bathroom area even though it is spacious there is no partition when you taking shower. The water is already overflowing going to the toilet area and under the sink and it is dangerous if you get slippery. I recommend also to remover the heater and other amenities in the wash area like cups.The wifi also is not working.

I like the staff so friendly and accommodating,the security guards are so very helpful.The lobby is wide and looks so good.

I didn’t like the breakfast,I was expecting to go down to the hotel restaurant to eat some warm food but not cold ones.
