Room floor could have been cleaned/mopped thoroughly as ours was dusty and my white socks turned into black walking inside the room.

The room is a bit smaller, and there were ants crawling in the sink, but they were quickly dispatched by the staff. The body shampoo in the small shower room wouldn't drip out that I had to remove it from the dispenser and squeeze it out myself. The same with the soap dispenser over the sink.

Staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is quite close to a big mall with several restaurants offering mostly Asian fare. The hotel is quite secure with security personnel manning the doors. The hotel is relatively quiet despite being located in a busy highway. The air-conditioner in the room is quite reliable. The bed is comfy and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Everyone was nice.

The TV had limited channels and was low resolution. It would be nice to have a smart TV for guests to have streaming options (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube).

Room was comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located beside Robinson's Mall and a short tricycle ride from SM.

Zero soundproofing. I was awakened at 6 am by the noise from people checking out in the hallway and slamming doors. The breakfast choices at the case were limited, and the serving quality was not the best.

Great location, very close to the mall. The room is clean and spacious enough. The bed is comfortable.

Our hotel room wall are infested with a lot of house ants and our foods inside the room were invaded by the ants

If i have to point out one thing, the sink in our room was draining slowly, just a minor annoyance.

Everything! The location is great, beside a mall, lots of 24hr fastfood in the area, near the bus station. The place has a fine restaurant at the lobby. Good wifi. Clean rooms. Best gohotels i have tried, i think I tried 2 in Manila.

Very noise at night from the seminar guests talking loudly in the corridor and slamming doors. No fridge in the room to keep water and beers chilled. No tea or coffee. Rather strange when there is a kettle! I had to ask when I wanted the room cleaned and then had to ask for towels.

I liked the staff, restaurant and location next to the mall. King size bed was comfortable. Secuity at the door were polite and courteous Quick check in and out Courtesy bus to the airport

The only complaint is the roaches. But you will see that everywhere so it was no surprise.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It was located next to the mall also. I didn't expect the bed being big so it was comfortable for sure.

Best location and it's located near the airport, near the Robinsons Mall, very accessible. Surrounded by lots of food chain, restaurants and spa.

Next time I'll stay, I'll choose inclusive of breakfast. They have a great breakfast at the restaurant. It's delicious and worth the price. Location is great too.
