Maybe, the kitchenwares. It would be nice if it were the same design and sizes of the plates and bowls, spoons and forks. There’s leak above of the kitchen sink. I think it’s from the AC on the second floor, and the sink in the toilet and shower room was leaking too.

The location and the price is good. The staff are really friendly and accommodating.

The kitchen could be better equipped, we had to ask for the stove and paid for the gas can 100p (not much anyway).

Wifi was very good, also 5g signal. The room was clean, all what we needed. There was a free coffee - hot water at the morning.

There was a lady who was offering a massage service who just popped into my partner's room asking him for a massage, I think people should respect our choice and privacy.

I like Rose, the staff who has made our stay extremely exceptional, she helped us a lot with cooking. It's convenient, a couple of minutes to the beach, the place is tidy, there's a few bits that need fixing , it's near the wet market, almost the centre of everything, it is a good value for the money, the highlight is the little girl Elliekym who was dead friendly to us.

It was a perfect stay for me and my friends. We are a group of 19 and we all enjoyed our stay. It is like home. You can cook there too. The owner and staff are very accommodating. Price is affordable. There js water heater . Place is quiet which made us relaxed and rested. Thank you!

The comfort room wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. It had white residues (prolly of soap) that we were able to clean. The hot shower wasn't working although the staff said it was. We didn't ask them to fix it since the water wasn't too cold whenever we took showers. Also, during the last night of our stay, they scheduled to have the AC fixed so we settled for two fans instead. They did offer to have us moved to a different room but it was our last night so we figured we'd stay since it was a hassle to move our things.

It was a few steps away from the beach so we were able to go out early in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. Going to DMall from the place was a long walk but it was quite enjoyable since you'll be passing by the stores and restos and other food places that you see on sns. They were also considerate of our infant who wails loudly whenever he's taking a bath or changing his diaper. They also allowed us to check in early provided that we only use the fan before the check-in time. They also provided hot water for drinks.

One is the location from the drop off. It was a struggle for me (old) to drag my trolley in the sand. If only there was a paved alleyway going straight from and to the public road, it would be great. Aside from that, everything was great. (Oh! Forgot about the small fridge. It wasn't working when I was there. I'm sure they'll have it fixed for the next happy family.

I felt at home the moment i stepped inside. It was home away from home. The coffee and hot water waiting anytime i want a cup and being able to cook anything anytime while in Boracay is a big plus for us who're on a tight budget. If given a chance again soon, I'll stay here again.

There are times that the water supply stopped for a few minutes. Also the main light is sometimes faulty, there's just one time that it didn't turn on after trying for 5 minutes, we're about to go out and forget something because I was focused on turning the light on.

The location is walking distance from the beach (Station 3). There's a store nearby where you can buy basic needs and food. Horst and Grace were very kind and responded quickly in any queries. They allowed us to check-in 3 hours before our schedule. One of the staff, Rosemary was also approachable and dependable. We treated the place just like our own like saving water and power if not in use. Overall, it was great staying at Gracia's Inn and if there's a chance, we will stay again.
