The elevator was to narrow and there's only 1 elevator available in the hotel. Also, the keycard was broken and had to be fixed, but overall, we still had a pleasant stay.

I love the place and the view; it was so relaxing, and it felt like you're in another country. Also, their breakfast is unique as they served a typical filipino food yet it taste good.

Unstable internet connection. Loose faucet connection.. Can't adjust shower head. No remote for air con (had to control it via the circuit breaker). Quite far from Tagaytay proper.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Speedy service from the technicians when we had issue with the internet and air con. Within the Crosswinds compound with lots of eateries. Delicious plated breakfast. Spacious rooms.

The room looks old. Not aesthetic at all. It really needs upgrade. The shower drain is clogged but they quickly fixed it.

I love the outside of the building plus the pine trees give you a sense of relaxation. Restaurants are also nearby, well if you have your car to drive around it will be easy to access.

I like the place and the shuttle service are very accomodating. I like the option of breakfast inside the room. I guess it's now a common thing since the pandemic. And I like that there are so many restaurants inside Crosswinds.

The room looks fairly old. The sofa has some holes and the tiles of the bathroom and some of the walls have some molds. There's also no bathroom rug in place. The bed makes some noises just by moving a bit.

Breakfast was great, the location was excellent, and no need to go out to Tagaytay proper all the time. Service was excellent, staff was all friendly from the Manager to the guards and maintenance. Will be back for sure.

A very minor one. Our AC in the room seems not cold enough. I did ask the reception to send someone to help me fix the AC. They were prompt with my request and a technician came right in, in just a couple of minutes. However after properly setting it up, we were told to just wait for it to cool the room. However I guess the AC isn't just strong enough or could be the unit is just old. The ones in the living room is more colder so we just end up opening the door of the room expecting to make our room cold too.lol. Although I could have reach the reception again but it was already late and we wanted to retire to our bed.

The staff are very welcoming, warm personalities and keen to details. I also requested if we could check in early as I have 2 PWDs with me that were coming from a long drive. They acommodated our request which I really appreciate the most!

Time on availing breakfast, nowadays travelers specially those who are out for vacation wake up late. Its a shame we couldnt make and have the breakfast included because of time sched. Could have been better if the guest can come and avail it whenever they want to.

We found a dead cockroach on the floor as soon as we enter the room. The place looks a bit old and, in my opinion it can still be improved by fixing few things. The faucet in the comfort room is very hot, the cold part doesn't even work, we just did not raise it to the staff as we can use the faucet in the kitchen. We were informed about the free movie night and free popcorn 30 minutes past the start of the viewing. It would have been nice if we were informed during our check in.

The view in the room is scenic and the location of the hotel is perfect getaway specially the pine trees and nearby restaurants with superb foods. Only downside is there are a lot of dining guests and queue might take longer during weekends.

The pool was closed on a Friday AND Saturday. Which was strange. Closed on two of the busiest days of the week.
