Maybe the location was a little bit away from the centre, however, that does not really reflect on the Hotel

We just stayed for a night before catching a flight to Cebu. The Hotel was perfect for that purpose, very friendly staff, decent breakfast, quiet, close to the airport, also well located to explore the city and the harbor on foot.

Great location and friendly staff. My last day before leaving Palawan (PPS) I had to stay close by to airport for an early flight, so I rebook where I have been before. The staff always helpful and friendly. Many options to eat in walking distance and even to go for a walk at the bay. Totally a good place to stay when around Puerto Princesa.

Very cozy place, location also accessible for airport and town, staff very helpful with all questions and arranging transfers. Definitely whenever I am at Puerto Princesa I will book with Greenspace.

The staff is super helpful and can help organize various tour in and outside Puerto Princesa. Be sure to visit the Iwahig prison and penal farm to get a glimpse of life of the inmates. There is a fantastic food court on the same street as Greenspace Palawan, all stands are recommended! The breakfast at the resort is huge and in the proper filipino style.

Moldy feeling in the room. Condition of the accommodation better looks on the pictures than in the reality.

Good location, close to the airport and city center. Welcoming staff, helps us to arrange good quality van to El Nido. Breakfast included in the price, they offer choice of different meals.

Wi-Fi was pretty non existent. It would come in and out but the staff forewarned us of the issue. Also, if you eat breakfast at the dining area which is open door, apply bug repellent a the mosquitos will eat you alive.

The hotel is located in a decent and central part of Puerto Princesa. Staff was kind and always eager to offer a smile. They offer great tips and booked our subterranean river tour at a decent price from the competition. We felt like we were staying at our relatives home as some family members lived on site. Breakfast was decent every morning and coffee was tasty. As a bonus, it is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and a fun food court (Pagetek Foodcourt).

- The facilities could be improved in general, some things broken etc. - Local feel to the general accomodation. - I personally do not recommend the Honda Bay tour through the hotel. The man 'RR' took you to additional stops. They pick you up at 8am and literally tell you about 1 hour into the bus ride there. 'We arent going on your tour til after lunch sorry but let me take you to 2 other places not on the tour list, that you can pay for!" They used the same tour group for daily tours as I saw him the next day picking up his next victims. Also non refundable except if they cancel it due to the weather 😑

The Wifi was spotty, but staff informed us that there was connectivity problems the past few days.

Breakfast was simple but delicious and hearty. Room was very clean. Location is practical--near the airport (3 mins by van), walking distance to Watsons, Coin laundry shop (24 hours), local restaurants like KaLui, Kinabuch and Gianni Gelato.

The breakfast was quite limited but good for the price I guess.

It’s in the center and close to almost everything especially banks, restaurants and even laundry services. A walking distance to the bay too. The receptionist was so helpful & informative.The hotel also reached out to us way before arrival & booked us a tour to the underground river. They also booked us a van to el nido saving us the trouble of looking for one.

The rooms are quite run-down and dated; Many of the fixtures in the rooms are broken, like the curtain rods, lights and toilet bidet holder.

The beds are very comfortable and spacious, esp for a tall person like my partner; The receptionist is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Great location close to food options and the national museum which is excellent. Breakfast was decent, and when our prearranged tricycle didn't turn up, the owners daughter gave us a ride to the airport without question! Great service!

The only thing that can be improved is the wifi. In the room that we were staying we didn't have a good connection for what we had to go to the lobby to use it! But despite that everything was great! :)

Very convenient location near the airport. We've stayed a night as our flight was scheduled to depart the next day. Everything was clean, a/c brand new and working perfectly and the room is accurate with the pictures.
