The location itself to the beach is amazing. 2 minutes walk only. The only downside is when you wanna check out or in. No E-bikes can get there so you have to walk a bit carrying your luggages to reach the location.

Lovely place and friendly staff. The place is very chill and far from all the noise

- the breakfast was very basic, if you go for western options, you will just get one egg with 2 toasts, slice of ham, butter and jam. if you want two eggs, you will pay another 30php which is OK but come on, lets higher the price and provide a decent breakfast with some fruits and vegetables, everyone will appreciate

- Spacious room - nice stuff - nice tarrace - seems like we were upgraded for free - internet was good enough for work, if you need faster, globe 5g reception was great and very fast - place for work with a chair

The place is great, very spacious rooms, green territory and attentive staff. They provided beach towels, early breakfast etc. It is 2 minutes from beach and in quite area.

The path to the hotel was rough as it's not on a main street and can be hard to find even with signage showing direction.

Staff were great and extremely helpful. It had massive rooms. Breakfast was ok, but more to offer would have been nice.

Ours neighbours were speaking really early morning and also during the night or the entrance where it was the balcony, and sometimes we couldn't sleep properly because of that. There weren't so many options vegetarians, and you have to pay extra to supply a ingredient like egg in sted of meat.

The bed it was really comfortable to sleep well. The garden it was so beautiful. The staff were really helpful and attentive to give us a great stay.

Great, very accomodating staff. Most comfortable bed I've slept in since long! Clean little apartment with small kitchen and separate bedroom. Large choice for breakfast. I could check-in directly upon arrival (2 hours before official time for check-in), salamat po!

Very nice location surounded by palms and nature sounds. The terrace was amazing and the girl at reception was very friendly. The apartment was very big. Pleasantly surprised by this place.

street going to the hotel is messy whn it rains. not well lighted all the way but we felt safe anyway. glass windows could be kept cleaner

- Hotel is not directly on the beach, a short walk is necessary. - Broken shower The first evening at 8pm I realized that the shower was broken. The part where the water came out broke off. I told the night watchman, he looked at it. The next day at 10am this defective part was replaced. The last guest may have accidentally damaged it and not told the hotel. - Defective door lock There were 2 locks on my door. I couldn't use one of these because I couldn't remove the key when the lock was locked. A young lady and gentleman (probably the manager) couldn't either. This gentleman told me that the lock (later after me) will be replaced. - Lots of water on the floor of the shower after showering After I took a shower there was still a lot of water on the floor under the shower. Cause: The floor was not inclined towards the drain and the water could therefore not drain off. I had to push the water to the drain with my foot every time. This probably cannot be repaired that easily. When to go to Boracay: I was there from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. This is not the best idea when millions of people visit Boracay and you can hardly see the beach because of the crowds.

I'm still in the superior double room number 1 because I don't like noise, especially crowing chickens from 4am onwards. They said the second room I booked (double deluxe) had chickens nearby. - Quiet room, probably number 1. I asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation. No chickens after 4am or dogs barking all night. I slept very well. - Own router in my room. I had my own WiFi with no problems and it worked perfectly. Adjoining room, probably number 3, also had its own WiFi. I don't know about the other rooms. - Very comfortable bed - Quiet air conditioning with remote control Unfortunately, the bed was too far away for this remote control. - Friendly staff and manager - Check in in two minutes Only a copy of the passport was made. - Helpful: They arranged my transportation from the hotel to Boracay Airport (recommended: pick up at the hotel at 5am, walk to the street, car, boat, car). - Fridge in my room - Ordering food is possible against payment You can choose several delicious dishes from a menu, which will then be brought to your room (20 - 30 min). - Beautiful Green Garden (Greenyard Inn) - Small breakfast is included in the price. You can choose from several meals. They brought it to my own quiet patio. - VERY IMPORTANT: After a few minutes you will receive an email with the best way to get to Greenyard Inn. You should read this carefully!!! They write: "****please note to tell Greenyard Inn STATION 3 to the tricycle driver as he might bring you to Greenyard Kitesurfing at Bolabog beach." First, the taxi driver drove me to another Greenyard Hotel. You need to tell the taxi driver STATION 3 and NOT JUST another gentleman at the taxi rank who will speak to you.

the narrow passageway leading to the hotel which gets flooded in certain portions.

I said “wow” when I entered the room. looks clean nd sparkling, quality tiles nd furniture, spacious with a kitchenette , a small dining table , a refrigerator , a lovely nook for writing or reading. feels like home. there’s a wide balcony , lots of greens. it’s quiet at night.

After rain the access to the hotel is a little bit flooded. The internet works well at the reception, but in the room it is on and out.

The big rooms with a balcony part in front of it. Spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
