Our stay at H Hotel El Nido was Amazing! Everything was perfect, the room, food and the staff was great! The staff made us feel at Home and met all our request with a perfect attitude. It was so cute to meet everyday ginger HHCat in the lobby, so sweet and have womderful memories of Him! We will defintely be back!

I sat in a hanging chair in the room that was next to a glass top table. Sitting in the chair knocked the table over. I installed neither yet was charged for damages that I reported.

Staff were fantastic. Very accommodating, helpful, warm and friendly. They are this properties biggest asset. The rooms are modern. The water hot when u want it. Def recommend staying here when in el nido

More expensive than most options in El Nido, and in the Philippines globally.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of El Nido. The staff is amazing and very caring, and the breakfast and restaurant is fully Vegan and very good & tasty. Feels very refreshing and healthy! The van transfer service is included if you arrive from El Nido airport. Also, the hotel is providing with all kind of services from Boat Tours to Van Transfers with very good partners that are at the same level of service as the hotel, which makes the whole journey very enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing stay at H Hotel.

The staff were amazing. So attentive and we found the whatsapp system excellent! The hotel is in a great location to the town/beach and airport. We enjoyed our stay :) The cocktails upstairs were also good with amazing view.

Located in downtown, the room is tidy and comfortable. The breakfast Ver De is surprisingly delicious! The staff are all lovely. With a spa on the 1st floor and a drink at the rooftop "Piece of Sky" make it perfect for relaxation after a day at sea!

I am very glad I choose to stay here for my frist night in El Nido. The perfect location where you can decide what to do next. I like to exploree the city center the first night, and the hotel was in perfect location to allow me such details. The room was clean and eith a very beautiful view facing El Nido beach. But the most important thing was the staff. It was my birthday and they have prepared the room with red wine, ballons and flowers and happy nirthday song playing on the screen. They went further by bringing the flowers from my friends to another hotel I was staying the next day! Thank you very much for all the attention and the caring!

We didnt like the veg food BUt the hotel let us have aregular food at the next hotel rooftop! Just ask for it at the reception.

For the price, I expected better bathroom facilities. The bathroom was way too small and got wet every time the shower was turned on.

The highlight of this hotel was absolutely the excellent staff that go above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable. They are very positive about any feedback given. The vegan breakfast was excellent and we really loved the various options presented, especially the smoothies.

I can't mention anything, we were really satisfied.

The location is perfect - very close to the night market, to the starting point of your tours and to several shops and restaurants. My favourite was the Piece of Sky, the skybar. The view is amazing to the bay, the cocktails are great and the food is delicious also. The breakfast was also really great, we are not vegetarians or vegans but it was such an amazing experience at the Verde restaurant, that I really recommend it to anybody. The food was delicious, the portions were big, we loved it. The room was very nice and the staff was so friendly, I have never experienced such care and kindness even if we travel the world. They were awesome, always keen to help us. If you go to El Nido, you should choose this hotel, you will love it! I really recommend this paradise! :)

Hard to think of anything. They lent us beach towels and they were a bit old but they were only for the beach and we support trying to be eco conscious

We had the most wonderful stay at H Hotel. Emi and all of the staff were so helpful! They decorated our room for our honeymoon which we very much appreciated. My husband loved the Chinese toilet in the exec room. Beds were comfy, Aircon good, airport pick up was very appreciated. Breakfast was good even though we're not vegan. Cocktails and rooftop sunset bar were lovely. Their concierge service was excellent - booked a tour with bento box, transfer to Nacplan beach and massages with their spa. All we're excellent.

Some minor things…like was a swinging chair on the left side of the bed that was in the way but we were able to take it down and put it in the corner during our stay. Rooms facing the street are really noisy day and night. Suggest earplugs if you aren’t facing the sea. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant, more than we saw at any other restaurant in the area (even outdoors), but I still would recommend staying here.

The staff, especially Sky and Arlan, made us feel right at home! Always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Breakfast was wonderful! Fresh juice and smoothies every morning and a great variety of vegan choices! The roof top bar was great for dining and snacks as well as catching some live music and the sunset. Tons of local bars and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to the sea for tours and to port if you are catching a ferry but you can take a tricycle too if you don’t want to carry your luggage! They will help arrange tours and transportation, if needed. Their cat, HH, was pretty cool too! It definitely looked like one of the best hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

I wish there was a swimming pool, but that was not really a requirement when you have a beach 1 mins walk distance.

The staff was really professional and friendly also the breakfast was delicious.
