The staff was so friendly and made me feel at home. They all knew me by name and asked about my day. They help you book excursions, surflessons, transport to the airport etc. It’s a really clean hostel, the facilities are great, just as the food in the restaurant. 100% recommend.

We stayed in a double room, the mattress was as hard as a stone (and we like hard mattresses in general, this was too much) ... In our opinion, the price is too high, because the hostel does not offer special services, it has basic things at a good level.

The hostel is nicely decorated, the rooms are neat and clean, the staff is kind, the wifi works well, hot water in the shower, good AC, there is a restaurant and plenty of seating places at the entrance to the hostel

Hostel was a fabulous vibe and great atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and had all the facilities we needed! There was easy access to tours, transport and activities / nightlife which made our stay great. Food in the hostel restaurant was also super tasty!

It is quite expensive overall and the restaurant as well. The shutter on the bed can make a lot of noise

The beds were comfy with room for storage and bathrooms were clean. I booked a tour through them and it was good. I had an allergic reaction while I was there to the bedding, the staff seemed a little hesitant to help at first but I think once they realised I wasn't blaming them they helped me find a doctor and got sheets from the resort I could use instead and they checked in with me later as well. I had to move rooms and they helped me bring the same bedding again. A very specific problem to me haha but just wanted to highlight the staff for being helpful and nice

it was somewhat challenging to connect with other people in hostel as it was quite big and not that many events within the hostel where people can just connect

Super nice hostel! Beds felt like separate rooms on its own really with a little closet inside to store things, plenty of sockets to charge everything. Facilities super clean, staff is super nice, wifi worked really good for Zoom calls with the camera on, although not always possible to find a silent space for that, restaurant downstairs has really nice food. It’s in a really good spot with plenty of places to go to eat, chill and dance.
