The villa is a little walk away, down a side street, whilst it’s very private, we thought we’d be closer to the main building, we felt a little isolated.

Really well decorated and a great central location (easy to get trikes to get to places), excellent massages, friendly staff and nice bar and pool area. The reception staff were very informative and helped organise the tour, and gave great recommendations for places to go, a personal favourite being Los Cabanos at Vanilla beach for an incredible sunset.

Price was a bit high for two night without breakfast and location is not super close to El Nido

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Vanilla beach that is just 10min by foot (up and down the hill) is a very nice spot to relax and for sunset.

The Villas are located away from main road so it is quite calm place and this is what we where looking for. The room inside are nicely decorated with many pillows and high quality bed linen. Room has well working AV. Each room has its own small balcony or terrace and shared kitchen with water and coffee machine. When we stayed the coffee machine was with refillable coffee capsules the coffee provided in the kitchen was grinder to roughly to make a good coffee. We struggled a bit with internet connection as wifi with good signal the connection was very slow and the starlink ruter signal was very low so it was constantly disconnecting so we had to stand next to the door to have good connection. There might be mosquitoes in the room no mosquito nets provided. The only solution offered by the management is to spray in the day time. Electric socket plug in Villa 4 need maintenance as my charger was falling off the socket and was unable to charge. There is no spot lamp or romantic dimm lamp next to the bed with the swith. There is the lamp next to bed which hangs from the ceiling it it is turned on the swith to turn it off is next to the main door so you have to go out off the bed to turn it off. Room has wide table next to the wall but no chair just two kind wooden small tables which might be used as creative chair. The portable fan in the room is very strong and very laud. I tried to use it on speed 1 standing 2 meters from the bed my blanket was waving.

the Wi-Fi was appalling, we couldn’t do anything. I would recommend improving that. And the shower could have done with more pressure and stayed warmer. And could do with a little use of lime scale remover

the villa was lovely, and the location was good not to far from el nido town centre and not to close, and also close to the beach

Cozy and quiet place! Pretty steep alley way going to the property.

CHECK-IN PROCESS - We weren't informed that we need to go to Blue Mango to check-in. Our flight was delayed so we arrived kind of late. We notified the property that our flight was moved but we did not receive a response. We only found out that we need to check-in at Blue Mango from the lady at the restaurant nearby who was kind enough to help us. She mentioned that a lot of people get confused where to check-in. We were carrying a couple of heavy bags and the person who assisted us to the room (although was extremely willing to help) given the location of the room, will have a difficult time carrying the bags so we had to carry the heavy bags ourselves. LOCATION - While the location in general is great (near bars and restaurants, close to beaches), the small alley going to the property is pretty STEEP. The alley is also dark and has pot holes. Be careful not to slip! going to and from the property is a little challenging. If you are carrying a luggage or heavy bags, it's going to be difficult (unless a tricycle can bring you there directly). T&B - It's clean but the divider in the shower is already rusty. Slight foul odor from the drainage and water. Overall it's clean.

LOCATION - Quick motorbike ride to Maremegmeg. It's near the bars and restaurants. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Could barely hear anything. You won't hear the videoke and loud music down the street. ROOM & FACILITIES - We were able to cook at the kitchen! It's clean. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower is working perfectly too. Love the balcony. Pretty and cozy place.

It is quite far from the City. So if you want to save some money, hotels or resorts near City are better

The shower could have been a bit better and perhaps providing a kettle in the room rather than using the communal kitchen facilities. But these are very minor.

After settling in, this was a really nice, comfortable and chilled place to stay. The room is very homely and the bed exceptionally comfy. It's quiet and in a nice configuration with the other 3 villas in the complex - 2 and 2. The help from the staff at the Blue Mango Hotel was exceptional and really couldn't do enough for us. Location is quite good between Vanila Beach and the main town with shops and restaurants very close.

The wifi barely reached our room and we often had to go to the balcony to regain service and when we went back inside onto one of us could use the internet at a time. The power went out often and although the generators helped a great deal, they also ran out leaving us with now service or power for hours at a time. The outlets for European chargers were also quite loose which meant our phones would stop charging since the plug would fall out of the outlet.

the quality of the room is great! Everything is clean and super cozy. The staff helps you out with everything. Close to the main town where you have great restaurants everywhere. The Staff helped us to rent a scooter.

Although the rooms looked nice and spacious, they smelled like mold and it triggered our allergies. I wish they could have cleaned the AC and got rid of the musty smell. There's a bit of an issue with the electricity, and they had to use generators that they turned off few times at the 1st night. There was a construction going on nearby, and we can hear them from our room in the morning.

All the staff are friendly and provided an excellent service. They even helped my family prepare a surprise cake and balloons for my birthday. The place is nearby El Nido airport, the public market, city proper, and the restaurants that we went to. It was a nice spot.

We loved everything. From the staff's hospitality to every small detail that provided comfort and relaxation at our stay. The villas are just a minute's walk from the beach front where you can see a gorgeous sunset and far enough from the main road to not hear the noise from the passing cars. The resort itself exuded calm throughout the property, had delicious meal options and plenty of choices to pamper yourself (from a variety of massages to a brand new sauna and ice bath). I couldn't recommend this place enough 🙂

    Nothing, it was perfect.

One of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in in the Philippines. Well furnished with a nice balcony and in a great location on corong corong beach. The staff were amazing and so friendly. When I told them we were staying for my girlfriends birthday they bought a cake, flower petals and balloons to decorate the room for our return from a tour that day. It was such a nice touch and excellent service, made her day.

The Villas were located approximately 500 meters from the “Resort” and we had to go through a muddy, dark and thus a bit scary walk to get there. Besides, illumination on the garden leading to the villas was also insufficient. Our villa was at level floor which meant bugs (including cockroaches) easily came in. Above all, it didn’t feel safe as the apartment big windows were closed by a mere locker, the gate to the garden wasn’t closed and we didn’t see security personnel at all. The description available at Booking.com gave the impression that each unit had a kitchen inside but after all it’s a common kitchen located in the garden. Unfortunately, there was a construction site nearby so we could hear the noise even during the night. Also would like to add that there was no first aid kit available. Had breakfast twice at Blue Mango’s restaurant but wasn’t gifted the 10% discount promised before. Finally, we didn’t enjoy “ocean view” at our apartment and the beach was a bit more than 100 meters from the Villas, and the access was again poor. We ultimately preferred going to farer beaches. In all, we found it pricey for the experience provided.

Food from the hotel restaurant was good.
