Spacious rooms,nice quiet local area. Water,sheets,towels are provided, easy and quick to contact the property management. HoHo bus is coming in every 10 minutes till 9p.m. so easy to get into the center or even to Puka beach.

Missing amentities and could have been a little more beefed up with lawn chairs and the beach area that goes from that property line could be cleaned from seaweed. But not a deal breaker really also the tiny lizards on the walls inside. Was a sight to see. Doesn’t bother me but the girlfriend wasn’t so keen of it. Maybe seal the door jambs.

Was more of a solitude place as we both like quiet and away from the bustling crowd downtown boracay.

It was a bit hard to pull the luggage from the mainstreet to the resort.. although it was a short walk, the wheels stuck into the sand hence we had to carry the luggage for a good 30 meters.. there were also dogs along the way

The place is quiet and the beach is just in front of the resort. There is a kitchen with utensils and we were able to cook the fresh catch in the nearby stores. The neighborhood was also friendly.

Their was a problem with the heater on our first day and we reported the problem on the second day since we went to the famous stations and see Boracay Nightlife. At first, they told us that we need to pay for the damages but I insisted that it was not our fault that the heater is broken, because it was already faulty ever since we tried it on, the capacity of heat juts isn’t right and I am with a toddler and need the heater for my baby, but it is ok because they understand and wave the charges.

The place we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights is very exclusive, quiet and calm. A perfect place for an infant like us and we were able to cook food by ourselves and it helped us saved money.

There is not much to dislike about this comfy homestay on Tambisaan beach.

A great alternative to spending all your vacation money on expensive hotels. A 4 minute walk along a sandy beach trail gets you to e-trike or e-bus transportation to all of Boracay's hot spots.

Everything was amazing. Location (beach front, 10-15 minutes ride to town), facilities, spaciousness, and above all, the staff. Andie (the hostess), and Analyn (the cleaner), are the 2 sweetest women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped me with so much and I couldn’t be more appreciative for them. They made the end of my 10 month-long trip extremely memorable and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend this stay more. You’re always in good hands with Andie and Analyn! I’ll definitely be back🥹💗extremely good value for money.

Everything’s a bit old and broken in the room but was working and good hot water etc.

Beautifully quiet beach with palme and clear water, the apartment was lovely with the little private garden and direct beach access. There is not so much tourism and mostly Filipino people living nearby, which we really liked. Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed cooking and sitting on the terrace. There is a bus stop nearby so you can easily go to all the other places and beaches on the island. The laundry service was fast and fair priced. Also, the management was flexibel with our date change request as we had some problems with flight date.

Fabulous homestay on Tambisaan. Very friendly family who made us feel at home. Not much around nearby but they can organise a trike to take you wherever and a nice place to relax away from the craziness of the stations.

Happy’s Homestay was a delight of a choice. In a quiet, beautiful and peaceful area, away from the messy crowd and yet only a few minutes away (by scooter/ tricycle) from wherever you want to be in Boracay. The beach is just outside the place, staff is friendly and helpful, the owner is a lovely lady who is kind and resourceful and Happy (youngest host) is adorable. You won’t miss a thing by staying a few minutes away from the confusion the overrated white beach is and getting the chance to mingle with locals. We loved it and are thankful for switching hotels after spending a night on the messier side of the island. Thank your for our warm and delicious pandesal first thing in the morning. The peaceful side of boracay. May hot shower, you can request for stuff if your friend or family on a budget. You gotta buy your own sponge and dish soap for after use of the borrowed stuff din. Gulat ako at may pandesal kami every morning. This is the best place if you like peace, away from people sa stations, beginner sa pag gagala besides Luzon. We forgot to take pictures of the area cause we felt so at home. Everyone is so nice, comfortable, respectful and quiet.

It's a bit far from everything.

The beach was in front of the house. It was so quiet and peaceful. The place is clean and everything is working well. They also gave us pandesal every morning. Its like a private beach. It is also near one of the jetty ports.

The wifi connection is very challenging but if you have mobile data or pocket wifi, then data and network signal is not a problem at all.

The staffs are all friendly and the place is really beautiful especially during sunrise. You will literally wake up with the sun rising. The free pandesal every morning is a very warm and hospitable gesture from them. It makes you feel at home and very welcomed. The little swings at the property also add beach vibes and gives you the calm feeling after touring the island. The place is also very close to Jetty port (the new Boracay port) and its so easy to find. Also transportation to the tourist spots from and to the property is very convenient.
